We’ve put up with reading about particular clubs since forever. Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Leicester when they were shocking the world winning the prem (I loved that). Business needs exposure, exposure improves success (the right kind and even the wrong kind on occasion). That’s where R&R are doing a great job coupled with their work ethic, business acumen and their genuine desire to do well by the club and the town. I don’t see why anyone would have a particular issue with Wrexham 🤷‍♂️ The current exposure doesn’t only benefit one club, it’s having a positive knock on effect across the board. It’s a fantastic example of what club ownership should look like and how a club should be run. Exposure to such a positive story should be an inspiration to everyone.

it's not cheating if it's within the rules. the point of the guy on call was Olympics as it is, has people using performance enhancing drugs underground because it's illegal. which is cheating. but in enhanced games, performance enhancing drugs are legal. so it's fair play to use it. everyone's on level playing field. no one will have to hide anything because it's legal. so not cheating.

It would be such an issue down the line. Athletes will start taking more experimental stuff to try and get a leg up and they will take more and more risks just to get on top. It will spiral and be unmanageable. The solution wouldn't be 'Give all of the athletes the same stuff to make it fair' because then what's the point? Its a lot more impressive to achieve something without 'advantages' than it would be to juice yourself up.

Cheating - act 'dishonestly' or 'unfairly' to gain an advantage. In the enhanced games there are no rules around doping so cheating wouldn't exist. It's a really good idea to see how far we could physically push the human body, I'm all for it and looking forward to viewing it as are millions of other people. Jim is being very closed minded on this subject which is very unlike him, maybe he's been asked to speak negatively about it for a fee??

A boost to training endurance, recovery and muscle growth obviously gives benefits but a scientifically investigated percentage increase would be interesting with a competition to show off the results...why not

Wrexham fan here. I see no problem with this. MacAnthony talks sense and is fair. Lots of praise where it is due. He's allowed to push back against the weight of media attention in Wrexham's favour. Its only right that he does so. As for definitely being a famous actor if he wanted to.......that's a separate discussion. But you've got to admire the man's confidence. His podcast is well worth a listen too. Good insight into running an EFL football club.
