Anakin didn't kill her, but he was led to believe that.

@@TYKZY.BRANX._TEEK.SEE.BRANCH. Well yeah, but to add to that she died on losing hope which makes it even worst. Since giving birth to twins that have midichlorians will reduce the host lifespan (Padme). And by giving up the will to live, is what cause her to die.
