He is count on it! He was fated to be a part of your story, so how could you think that God would ever separate you? I had a near death experience, and my handicapped cat, who I adored came to warn me of impending doom, so, when the near death experience occurred, the angel told me & showed me that my cat had come to warn me, and was intent on doing so, & he showed me my little boy in heaven, fully enabled, fully capacitated, & running with such purpose & joy! I lost it when I saw my little boy, & I knew he was safe & still looking out for me which means he’s aware of what’s happening on earth, but even through all my experiences with angels & seeing the other side, I still doubt, so I understand, but I have seen, so believe! As the Bible says, Blessed are those, who have not seen, yet believed, but there are those who have seen, & yet not believed! I’ve been both! Hope this story brings u comfort & hope!

LYRICS Midnight hour almost over Time is running out for the magic pair I know you gave the best that you have But one more chance Couldn't be all that hard to bear Wait for me please Wait for me Alright, I guess That's more than I should ask Why won't you wait for me Please wait for me Although I know the light is fading fast You could go either way Is it easier to stay I wonder what you'll do When your chance rolls around But you gotta know how much I want to keep you When I'm away I'm afraid It will all fall down So wait for me please Wait for me Alright, I guess That's more than I should ask Why won't you wait for me Please wait for me Although I know the light is fading fast Love is what it does And ours is doing nothing But all the time we spent It must be good for something Please forgive all the disturbance I'm creating But you got a lot to learn if you think That I'm not waiting for you So wait for me please Wait for me Alright, I guess That's more than I should ask Why won't you wait for me Please wait for me Although I know the light is fading fast Yes it is Waiting You got a lot to learn if you think That I'm not waiting for you So wait for me please Wait for me Alright, I guess That's more than I should ask So why won't you wait for me Please wait for me Although I know the light is fading fast Yes it is You got a lot to learn if you think That I'm not waiting for you Wait for me please Wait for me Alright, I guess That's more than I should ask ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

@@Arturo-sm1tb You could be right. Robert Palmer's version wasn't that successful (US #52) but Hall & Oates probably would had done better than that. Palmer had other (bigger) hits both before and after the release of "Can We Still Be Friends" though. Todd and Hall & Oates have worked together several times: Todd produced the not so successful 1974 album "War Babies" , Hall & Oates were guests on Todd's 1978 live album "Back to the Bars" and Todd was guest vocalist on Hall & Oates version of New Radical's "Some Day We'll Know" (I love both the original and the cover version).
