From first page to the end in SGGS every shabad starts with EKONKAR SATGUR PARSAD. NOT ONE SINGLE PLACE NAME OF BHAGAUTI HAS BEEN USED. So In Ardass we use Pritham Bhagauti when on page 912 Guru Arjan Dev Mahraj condemns every kind of pooja and Specially Bhagauti. He proclaims to be only deciple of HAr Har. GodBless

Disciple ko "bhagat" kaha jata hai "Bhagauti" nahi. Ardaas me Bhagauti ka matlab hai "parmeshwar ki sumat", "Gurumat" aur "Akaal ka hukum" Issiliye Ardaas me kaha jata hai " Sri Bhaugati ji Sahai" aur " Pritham Bhagauti Simar ke" Aap keh rahe the ki bhagauti sabad ka kabhi bhi Guru Granth Sahib me isstemal nahi kia gaya hai. First you will question Bachittar Natak, then you will come to Choupai Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Tav Prasad Svayiea and then Ardaas. After all these bani comes from Dasam Granth Sahib. If you can question Bachittar Natak then you can also question Jaap Sahib, Tav Prasad Svayiea,Choupai Sahib and Ardaas. So, it is wise to say that when you will start questioning Bachittar Natak, then it will no longer very far from the day that you will question Jaap Sahib, Tav Prasad Svayiea ,Choupai Sahib and Ardaas. Sikh will divide at that stage on wether to believe in Jaap Sahib,Tav Prasad Svayiea,Choupai Sahib and Ardaas. Sikhs will be divided into two. One sect will keep Banis of Dasam Granth and Ardaas, and other sect will reject Banis of Dasam Granth and Ardaas. It is very crucial for the Sikh society on how to manage this matter??!!!

ਅਖੌਤੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਲਟ ਹੈ । ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਿਆਈ ਕਾਲ (1675 - 1708 = 33) ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ । ਇਸ ਪਖੋਂ ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਚਨਾ ਸਿਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ । ਇਸ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਮੂਲ ਮੰਤਰ ਕਿਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੰਨੇ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਗੇ 32 ਵਾਰੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਪੰਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਨਕ ਰਚਨ-ਹਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਛਾਪ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜੈਸਾ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗਬਹਾਦਰ ਤੱਕ ਵਰਤੀ ਗਈ । ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਿਯਾਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਮੱਦਾਂ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ । ਸਾਰੇ ਜੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਮਰਿਯਾਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦੇ, ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥਾ ਅਲਗ, ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਅਲਗ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੈ ? ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ " ਇਕਾ ਬਾਣੀ ਇਕੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਇਕੋ ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ।।" ਦੇ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਕੇ ਇਕ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਤਾਂ ਜੁ ਕੋਈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਨ ਰਹੇ । ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਚਲੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।

WHO, When and why dasam granth ? who (person) gave name of 'dasam granth', when (year) it was given name of 'dasam granth' and why (reason ) it was given name of 'dasam granth'. ? which part of it was written by Guru Gobind Singh ? There were 52 poets with the Guru at Paonta then ! Why Guru did not include his writings in the Guru Granth dictated by him at Damdama ?

Baldev Singh You should ask Guru Gobind Singh ji. I m very positive that if you have any doubt and you do ardaas in front of your guru, he will listen and direct you to the truth. But never ever doubt your guru. Do some research. Read Guru Gobind Singh ji's bani and then figure out which part you think does not belong to the composition of Guru Gobind Singh. In order to seek truth you have to do the labor and if you don't want that then please go with the centuries old faith.

The title of the Pothi as Dasam Granth is misnomer and afterthought. It was compiled neither during Guru Gobind Singh's life time nor under his instructions. It was compiled many decades after the death of Guru ji at Nanded. Therefore, nomenclature itself is wrong. Sikhs got to be careful ,especially after 1947 of such efforts to misguide and misinform them to assimilate them into mainstream of Hinduism. Ajit Singh I fully agree with Sardar Inder Singh Ghagga JI on BACHITTAR NATAK ALIA DASAM GRANTH. Sardar Ratinder Singh appears to be a person with washed Brain as his arguments do not make any sense. Let me make two IMPORTANT POINTS HERE. 1) The whole of Guru Granth Sahib Ji is written in PAINTEE AKHREE from OORRDA TO RRARDA and nowhere one can find "ADAK" in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, whereas when we read Bachitar Natak ALIAs Dasam Granth The letters with DOTS in the FOOT OF SASA, KHAKHA, GAGA JAJA, FAFA and use of ADAK is used very profusely, Accents such as DOTS IN THE FEET PF LETTERS AND ADAK came into use some time after 1850 and are invented by Dera Sads ,Udasee,and Nirmalas etc. If only read "CHAKAR CHATAR..." there is "ADAK" on top but it does not change the pronunciation of those words. These facts clearly state that Bacitar Natal Alias Dasam Granth the words of HINDU POETS ETC. 2) Secondly, The Presence of the words or lines in Bachittar Natak Alias Dasam Granth from Hindu Granth would make our Most RESPECTED gURU SAHIB as PLAGIARIST ( SAHITAK CHOR) because Hindus can claim that Thenth Master did not give credit to the Hindu Granths from where those words and lines are stolen. We have an Old (some times 1800,..) Hand Written Copy of Bachittar Natak in which There is no mention of "DASAM GRANTH ANYWHERE" In the start of the TATRIKA IT SAYS "BACHITTAER NATAK" At the beginning where "Japu" Sarts The first Page is decorated with Colourful pictures on the top quarter page. On the left is shown a picture of Guru Nanak Sahib with Bala & Mardana Sitting on sides. On the Right Side, there is a picture of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji riding the Horse and flanked by two Sikhs.in the Middle of these two pictures there is Colourful Picture of Hindu Devai with Four Arms. There are many other reasons that can be provided, but can Mr.Ratinder Singh explain the two points I raised above? KHALSA JI WAKE UP AND RECOGNISE THE TRUTH.

You need to understand what is mahakal and what is chandi. Guru Sahib writes that Akal Purakh is maha kal and he did worship only the Akal Purakh who is mahakal meaning Timeless being and Chandi is Bhaguti, the super power and there is nothing Hindutva in it. Infact Guru sahib never criticized any Hindu devi devta. He simply did not accept anyone's supremacy over Akal Purakh, Bhagwan ,Allah what ever name you want to call Him with. He asked his followers to worship the creator (Karta) and love his creation but not worship his creation(Krit) as supreme. And he strictly forbade his followers to even call him God and said" Jo hum ko parmeshwar uchre, te sab narak kund mein parhein". That's why a true Sikh never hates or criticizes any other faith as Guru Sahib said"Tum ko tumhara khoob, Hum ko hamara". and that's how it should be.

The entire Dasam Granth is not a Bani though some parts of it is our 10th Guru's Holi Bani. Bachiter Natak (drama), a part of Dasam Granth, is not Bani, it is a natak instead. It quotes the Guru saying " Chhatri ka poot hoon, Brahmin ko nahi". A very Hunkari statement indeed uttered by any Godman. And my beloved Guru was the least Hunkari man. The cunning words in Bachiter Natak is a trick to make the readers believe that the 10th Guru believed in the caste system by calling himself "son of a Chhatri. My great Guru in reality, openly and daringly preached that "all mankind belongs to the same Caste". For this contradiction of words in this Natak, I am convinced that Dasam granth in its entirety is not my Guru's message.
