Officer ignores orders to call off pursuit. Then pit maneuvers said vehicle. Causing it to flip and killing two people. So if I understood it right the person who was fleeing was the one who got killed. Because of an expired license plate. Wow what a huge thug.

The city response is full of Lies. Did the city attorney not review the video before writing the report? He rammed two police cars? Actually, the two police cars rammed the suspects car. In most cases the canine handlers always let their dog taste the blood when the opportunity arises even when the situation is unwarranted. The suspect tried to get away so the thug cops made him pay for his bad behavior. This is the problem that is prevalent with law enforcement. It is no longer enforcing law it is trial and punishment by cop. Cops have given themselves way too much power. Let's just do a quick recap here. Attorney for the police in the first incident. " You should throw out the$10 million lawsuit, because the person suing, stole a car, and because of that, it is okay for our police officers to kick a handcuffed individual, continue to beat him after he shows no resistance." He was already surrendering, then after being attacked by a Police K9 and Three strikes to the head by a police officer the subject, and I say rightfully so struck back. So our police brutality and disregard for an individual's safety and even our own protocol is perfectly fine because well we're the police. In the second incident you have a car being pulled over for a tag violation. But oh, officer Joe smiley just has to get in there. Completely ignoring orders to call off the pursuit before somebody dies over and expired tag. But no officer smiley needs to get in there gung ho and pit maneuver this guy, because of an expired tag? Killing two people. There's no way that you can be called a police officer let alone a human being if you can willfully beat kick or wipe your feet on someone who's already handcuffed. You don't deserve that title, you are no longer a human being. You're a freaking monster.
