The other driver should've never tried that in the first place and was extremely lucky a cop wasn't around to see that and also lucky that the dash cam guy wasn't an off duty officer or undercover officer. The part of the lane the other guy decided to go down wasn't just a turn lane, it was also the right lanes main lane. Also, in WA state, you are required to stop with your entire car outside the crosswalk. It is, also, illegal to drive with an obscured windshield. Since his wipers appear to be inoperative, it is , also, illegal in WA state to operate a vehicle without operational windshield wipers. I am sorry his car was dented. That being said, it is less expensive than traffic tickets and increased insurance premiums. Moral of story, clear teh rain off your windshield, especially going through an intersection where you have things coming from multiple directions at the same time. Enough 'normal' distractions, not very intelligent to add in not being able to see where you are going.

Most of these clips are when *both* men have a rage response. Both sides also have logic for their rage, like "he started it," or, "he cut me off." Neither side is justified, though. I once saw someone passed out in their car at a major intersection near my home in LI NY once in 1991 or so, at around 1 a.m. I didn't stop. IF you ever see that shit, just call the cops. You have no idea what's going on there. Never engage with a mystery vehicle or someone passed out seemingly in their car. Could be a trap, too.
