You should do a Kickstarter for a really simple but powerful smart watch, with just a simple lcd showing the time, that's it. But it has thing like the nfc, sd card, and maybe a vibration motor hooked up to an electronic compass so it vibrates when you look north, button operated of course lol

That afterglow / luminous LCD background was a really smart ideal. And i always wondered why this was never really used more commonly before?
@hitmiccs3 жыл бұрын
It's not lasting long and it's not bright enough after a couple minutes, additionally, the watch gets harder to read after you removed the reflective back foil from the LCD. The luminous foil has no reflective properties, so the LCD will look dull after the mod. It's even worse if you do it with inverted LCDs, although it looks cool for a couple minutes after charging under a bright lightsource.

I think this is great man. Yes, you can mod SKX’s all day, but this is nitty gritty diy functional engineering and I fully applaud it. More people need to be looking at the world like this. “How can I make this *thing better?” *variable option* Keep on man. Cheers from the U.S.!
