Homemade Banana Bread

My mom shows you how to make some simple and delicious Banana Bread.
Banana Bread Recipe:
-6 smashed bananas
-2/3 cup melted butter
-1 and 1/4 cups of sugar
-2 eggs
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp baking soda
-pinch of salt
-3 cups flour
feel free to add chopped nuts or raisins!

This recipe is perfect! My 1st attempt was so successful I had to buy more flour. I didn't have 3cups of regular flour so I used 3/4cup of coconut flour and my daughter 9yrs loved it so much, she brought some for her teacher. I also didn't have loaf pans so I used bread heart tube and reduced the time. Thanks

I can't tell you how glad I am I found this video again. I've made banana bread twice in my life and both times I religiously followed this recipe and omg, its delicious. I have some extra bananas at home and I've been looking for this video on KZbin since last night. so glad I found it again lol. I do tweak it a little just by adding some cinnamon and then walnuts in one loaf and choc chips in the other.

I don’t know if you get to read all of these but I think the consensus is this recipe is amazing. I was at the convenient store yesterday and they were taking out all the slightly brown bananas. I asked the lady for them and she gave me a case of them free. Searched the web for a good banana bread recipe and found you and thank goodness I did. I made two loaves of this banana bread added chopped almonds in the first loaf was gone in three hours. Saved some bananas in the freezer I’m going to use some to make banana bread for my family for Thanksgiving. Thanks for your wisdom and experience.

I've used this very same recipe with the exception of changing out 1/4 cup of the sugar with brown sugar, and throwing in two tablespoons of almond meal. It is super moist and you'll be ashamed of how quickly it disappears! Thank you so much! :)

I follow this recipe almost exactly, but I add in half cup each of shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips and walnuts. Also I add 1 tbs each of cinnamon and flax seeds. I add all of it to the flour and give it a stir, then do the mixing exactly how she is doing it. It is the bomb. It is gone within an hour and there are two of them. I must have tried about 8 different recipes before I found this perfect one. Thank You so much for this.

Normally, I don't follow recipes, however I followed the recipe because she seems normal and practical without all the chatter. My banana bread turned out perfect. I substituted golden brown sugar instead of white and used oil instead of butter. Lovely colour and texture. Thanks for sharing.

I made this last week was done at night out oven at 11pm,by morning only half was left as day went on by 12pm was all gone!!!! This was moist and delicious it's a keeper. I'm making it again today,my kids keep asking for it!!!

Just tried this recipe and it is wonderful!! I did use 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar cause I like brown sugar and added walnuts and raisins to mine..... SO GOOD!! It was like fate I had exactly 6 bananas in my kitchen getting really ripe and found this recipe that lo and behold... it needs exactly 6 ripe bananas lol If you wanna a good banana bread recipe try this one.... I may add a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon the next time I make this again.. a definite keeper :) thank you!!

I made the banana bread yesterday! I was a little skeptical on adding that much sugar, but followed the recipe anyway. It turned out good and smelled great; but for an even better taste, next time i'll make sure to add far less sugar or no sugar at all, since the bananas are sweet already! :)

I started making banana bread again and for the 30th time in 50 years of weightlifting I started adding protein powder some wheat germ a little malted milk sometimes a Sprinkle of oatmeal but I've been putting buttermilk in it and turned out pretty good you have to watch the temperature otherwise the edges get burned so it's temperamental on the temperature and the time but as long as you keep it tan a tan color it turns out really good

This banana bread recipe is delicious... please be aware that she mentions 1 1/4 cup of sugar, but has 1 cup measured in the video. Adjust between 1-2 cups of sugar if you like very sweet bread. 1 cup should be enough if you have nicely ripened bananas. If your looking for a great Banana Bread recipe, you found it.

Exactly the way I make it but I like to mix dry ingredients alone and wet alone and thereafter combine. Always comes out perfect 👌🏼. Sometimes I use vegetable oil when am out of butter and still comes out perfect. Thanks for sharing
