As a mom, I will 100000% cook 3 different meals as long as everybody gets to eat. My ex-husband also prepares different meals for my kids when they get a little picky. I dont see the issue! But she could also cook for herself or pitch in for groceries as well

29:40 if the genders were reversed I’d still think the stay at home parent is the asshole. There’s a thing called compromise. Alternate days maybe. But also low calorie meals are NOT healthy. Not for children and not for the gym. If he’s doing it for the gym then he would be focusing on fat intake, protein intake, and an INCREASE of calorie intake. Sounds like he’s making excuses to get his way. A family is a team effort. It doesn’t sound like the working parent is deciding where they live or how often they use electricity just because she’s responsible for the majority of the income. Why would meal prep be different?

I wish all people would stop commenting on anything! Instead, they look shocked and like your a giant B**** for a snarky comeback. I stopped for gas and put $7 in, it was the night before payday and I was just trying to get home. The cashier laughed in a judgey way and said "oh that should get you a few feet" I said back "sure, did you have any money you wanted to pitch in since you're so concerned?" He just stared at me and said it was a joke. The lady next to me said I was rude. I don't agree, you don't know me or my situation. Keep your "jokes" to yourself until I'm out the door next time.

Another am I the ass hole my cousin's daughter had two little twin boys that where born to early and passed away I said that she is not the only one who is going through it as there's allot of other people who are In the same boat but I did however send my condolences to her being respectful and my cousin just blow up at me for it calling me all the names under the sun and said that I wouldn't ever know what it feels like just because I can't have children myself my auntie said that she loves the twins i said so u love them as much as u love me to she says yes but my cousin just went off on me again and cut me out of her life am I the ass hole on this

Question am I a ass hole because I didn't go to my dad's funeral service because I was not well enough to be there I texted my auntie saying that and she said no problem she was understanding my half brother and sister on the other hand blame me for not being there but hay my dad wasn't In my life at all growing up I seen him a few times on and off as a child but all in all he wasn't apart of my life my half brother and sister who blame me for not going call me names and make fun of me for everything Im in to In like I've blocked them on Facebook so they can't get to me anymore so am I the ass hole on that please I'd love to know what u think Ray Ray love to u and Abbie and all the beautiful animals to love from bex 💖💛💜🏳️‍🌈

For the guy cooking and his daughter eats it-- he's an asshole for being selfish, but the wife is also potentially an asshole for the same reason. The post is from the Dad's perspective, so I'm trying to take it with a grain of salt. He's home most of the time, and has agreed (spoken or otherwise) to take on making lunches for their daughter. One of the parents have to take on that responsibility, so it's not just a kindness for him to share his food-- he's prioritizing what is best for his goals, over what may be most beneficial to his daughter. If the wife is asking him to cook higher calorie meals, or something with carbs, and he's just translated that into saying she's asking for "unhealthy" meals, then she may also be concerned about the daughter,- maybe she's underweight, or has also started fixating on calories and health but the dad hasn't noticed, and by his fixating on low calorie meals as "healthy", he could be creating a really dangerous relationship for his daughter with food.
