Honestly, idk about the Hard R. I went to school in US so I know its a bad word there. But I live in south Spain, the Spanish word is just normal here. That being said, here they actually are far less lenient than Americans when it comes to being black. If you’re black and wear sports attire and alot of jewelry everyone will speak against you or not talk to you.

Korea is not the US. The US has a history with that word, not Korea. In addition, Korea takes heavy influence from US entertainment where black *and* white artists use the word. So, who are they suppose to listen to here? If it's fine saying it in a song, to your friends, on the block, what's the problem? There's no consensus in the US about using the word. It's not owned by anyone. Not even a majority of black people care when others use it You can't make up rules and use r-ism to say one race can say or do something, but another can't It's either an okay word to use or it's not. Right now, the US is all about using it in every bit of the country, regardless of race, while playing the PC game of "respecting black people" in front of cameras by insulting those who use it, even though they took part in the culture for decades. It's a game, and the ones losing are the ones playing If you want to be a clown, joining it is all you gotta do The rest of us just go about our day and do what we gotta do, ignoring those who think a words the issue with what's going on rather than the lack of education, food and shelter that many people have. But keep playing. The words the issue here. Right? Not the other things that truly affect us all. Money, food, shelter, cr*me. There are not real things to be concerned about.

@@linkonabe220Just as you wish someone wouldn’t speak for all, you probably shouldn’t do the same. Also, you don’t know the majority of black people. Unless you can show me studies that prove the majority of black Americans don’t mind it, I don’t think you should go making that claim.

@vOID-fh1qt Key words "American Media" American media is not America You people don't understand the vast differences between media and life. It's Americans who claim it to mean American media represents them when it does not. Does the media reflect who you are? Does it reflect your beliefs? Does it reflect what's going on in your life? Does it reflect what happens with American people from their day to day? Does it reflect American values and traditions? Does it reflect American ideologies? Or is it just a form of entertainment to watch and consume in order to escape what you're going through? If you honestly can say that American media reflects your life, it is a lie. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc all is what they consume and they follow the celebrities. The media lies every ten seconds, and Korea is not consuming American news outlets. That's not what that means by "American media" They consume the entertainment system in American and watch what the American entertainment system puts out. Keep in mind, Korea is also far from PC. They do not spend time consuming woke American media. The majority does not subscribe to that broke ideology. It is the American media that is classic and timeles that they follow American hip hop and shows alike. Those showing both black and whites using the word. Why do you think kpop is based so much off of hip-hop?

It’s crazy how intensely colorist Korean culture can be sometimes. I’m sure I would be considered “dark” out there too.
