Talk about a singer/songwriter, Blegvad is on par and even above some of the much more famous dudes

This song just kills me thinking about my dad. Nothing is as sweet as having a great man as your father when you're a little girl. It was so hard how he developed dementia before he died.

What a beauty! And it makes you want to track down more recordings of Chris Cutler at work, too - doesn't it?

The more I listen to Henry Cow, the more I genuinely think he's the best drummer ever

If it wasn't for John French ...and Ginger Baker, also Kieth Moon, plus that guy in Richard Thompson's electric trio (and Charlie Watts, of course) - as well as David Thomas when he bangs big pieces of metal together, Chris Cutler would be my very favorite percussionist.
