2. 30 sec - Circles forward
3. 30 sec - Circles reverse
4. 60 sec - Plates in and out
5. 30 sec - Flight attendant one arm
6. 30 sec - Flight attendant both arms
7. 30 sec - 4 x plates flight attendant combination
8. 30 sec - All together
