Tone Arms | Tone Arms At Home | Workout | Quick | Intense Workout
Welcome back to Thursday Workouts. This week, we are doing an arm workout, no-stop for 6 minutes.
Now, this may seem like its going to be so easy and simple, but let me tell you - its HARD! I remember when I first started doing these kinds of movements for my arms, they would burn and Id only last until about halfway through.
Although this arm routine is short, its very effective and tones your arms and shoulders. No equipment is needed, and you can put on your own music and just go for it.
I love doing this whenever I want to do an arm workout, so I hope you all enjoy!

Hi Holly. Do you have any idea why my neck would hurt more than my arms doing this? I'm going to persist but the pain is excruciating!

@@andrearadford8280 ​ try to not tense up, focus on the movements coming from the muscle being worked and not the neck. shoulders should be low and relaxed not high up, neck and head should be neutral/relaxed and not tensed! Hope that helps!

I have short hair now so I can’t braid it but when I had waist length hair around a good 2-3 years ago I practiced and practiced till my speed was fast enough to braid my hair pain free.

This workout has massively changed the tone of my arms. i went from flabby arms to completely toned and i’m so proud of myself honestly 😊🥺. i am never someone who usually give reviews but i’m more than happy to motivate someone else to do the same as well 💪🤜

@@phenomenalyuzed it took me about 2 weeks to see the change in my arms but the first week is the hardest because your body is getting used to the change so hang in there 🫶🤜.

Hi, I started this workout in early May. Took me about 3 weeks to finally get through the workout without putting my arms down. I was elated!!! I've lost 3/4 of an inch from my flabby arms since, while also using Eveline Slimming and Firming Serum. Not sure how much the lotion helps but I'm giving it a try. I'm at the point now where this workout is becoming too easy so I may start using some light weights. Hang in there! If this 65 yr old grandma can do this, so can you!! Persistence, patience and determination...you got this, don't give up! One last note...make sure you take rest days, your body will need it. Blessings to all.

​@@stephaniejohnson4955I went from dropping them a billion times to being able to do it without dropping them at all, not gonna lie it took me a long time because I was very heavy and very unfit, but i can now! It's helped DRAMATICALLY! I ACTUALLY have toned upper arms! Its definitely a challenge but you got it 🎉

I've been doing this over a month now and I still have to drop my arms for a few seconds but my arms have still toned up dramatically! Not going to force myself to keep my arms up cause that's how you get discouraged and want to stop doing it. I will just continue at my own pace because I still got results. Maybe eventually I can do the entire workout without dropping my arms.

January 28th 2024. Doing this for 30 days Day 1: Whoo the burn. I want to mention that I did this again in 2022. Back then day 1 was harder than I've felt it today. March 20th 2024, back here. Today was my day 2. I plan on doing it for 3 months

I'm on week 6 of this and Holly's ab, leg, and cardio workouts. This one still kills my arms & I still have to take breaks but nothing has been as effective as her workouts. And I like them even when they make me want to cry. Lol

If anyone out there do Fasting or Omad 1. Can i eat anything and Can i eat a lot after omad? (6pm is my eating window or feasting) 2. Is vitamin medicine ban from fasting? Holly, thank you so much, I've been looking for an amazing WEIGHT FREE arm workout to do at home if I don't feel like going to the gym and this checks all the boxes! I absolutely LOVE the "ball" exercise that starts at around 5:10, my absolute fav! Hurts so good!

i’ve been doing this workout plus a 5 minute leg and 5 minute ab workout everyday for a week. i’ve definitely noticed my arms losing a little bit of fat and getting some more definition in my arms. i want my arms to be more toned, so i will continue to do this everyday. i saw this in another comment, but 5 minutes a day is better than 0 minutes a day, so that’s what’s been encouraging me to keep going! the little slaps always burn so bad tho.

Guys I've been doing this like a week now, and I can see some changes, are arms are looking less fat/watery yk it's it's looking more in shape now. I'm so happy. I'm going to keep doing this + one more exercise cuz it's not burning as much as it used to before. Good luck to u all 💗🔥

Hi I am going to be trying this workout for a month I will update on my progress daily but i'm already on day 2 Day 2: ✅It was hard to keep my arms up at certain points in the workout but i got through it! no changes yet obviously Day 3: ✅ kept my arms up almost the entire time! no changes yet Day 4: ✅ Kept arms up the entire time, no changes yet but this time it was a little bit easier! Day 5: ✅ Kept arms up the entire time again! And no changes Day 6: Rest day! Day 7: ✅ Felt very easy i can feel my arms getting stronger Day 8:✅ Getting much easier might add weight in a few days! Day 9: ✅ Forgot to add weights 😅 Day 10: ❎ I was so overwhelmed and stressed i couldn't physically or mentally do the workout, this will be my rest day for the week though Day 11: ✅ Looked for 5ib weights today and couldn't find any 😭, still finished the workout w/o them though Day 12:❎ Forgot 😭 Day 13: ✅ Finished! i might actually do this for 2 months because it might take a little longer for me to notice visible results Day 14: ✅ Did it! Day 15: ✅ Zoned out halfway 😂, it's getting kinda easy but my arms got tired around the end Day 16: ✅ Tried doing it with heavier weights.. i couldn't even do the first part 😭 i ended up just doing it without weights Day 17: ✅ Happy thanksgiving 🦃! This workout was actually really easy today for some reason Day 18: ✅ Was super tired today but I managed to do it! Day 19: ✅ Was also tired today but did it :) Day 20: ✅ This workout is really easy now but i still see no results :( Day 21: ✅ Did this twicee! Day 24: ✅ I skipped a few days because i have been so stressed with school and other things in my life 😭 i'm back on track though and will be updating regularly! also i haven't noticed any physical changes yet but this workout has gotten sooo much easier for me Day 25: ❎ Day 26: ✅ I'm sorry guys i've been so inconsistent 😔. it's just been hard to find time and energy for this workout because i have so much going on in my life right now Day 27: ✅ for some reason it felt harder today LOL probably cuz i'm tired Day 28: ✅ So much easier! Plus i was also really tired today Day 29: ✅ Today i noticed how slim my arms have gotten. They may not be very toned, but they are so much slimmer than they were 5 months ago, i'm not sure if it's this workout of the calorie deficit that i was in though 😅😂 Day 30: ❎ Day 31: ❎ Day 32: ✅ Really felt the burn today Day 33: ✅ Didn't feel much of a burn today also my arms are starting to get toned!!

Actually gonna be real here and share my progress with this (As I'm taking the next few months to focus on toning my arms) Days 1 & 2: Ouch. Had to take breaks as my arms hurt, but that's totally okay! My muscles definitely feel worked!! (Updates to continue :)] Week 1: Getting better now! My muscles feel more defined, and I'm able to do the entire workout without a break (But I highly encourage taking breaks if you need them) Week 2: Still going strong!! The workout is starting to go by a lot faster, and I'm getting through it easier by the day Week 3: My arms are starting to look so much better, it's really encouraging! Obviously I'm blending this with other workouts, but I think this one has really done it for my arms. Godsent! For my friends out there who struggle with commitment (me), this is your sign to try this one for a couple weeks-- at least-- and see if it'll work for you like it has for me :3

DAY 1: not too bad, it definitely ached but I got through the whole workout DAY 2: surprisingly not much aching the next day, but still a slight struggle DAY 3: didn't rest at all this time! definitely getting easier and easier, its also a fast and simple workout (had to skip a few days due to work reasons) DAY 8: burned a little but definitely one of the best and easiest workout to do anywhere!

I gotta wear a spaghetti dress in less than a month & I'm super insecure about my arms. So I'm starting this off today, let's go! 20 Mar 23: Did it 3 times today. But lost the count of breaks I took. Super hard for me right now. 21 Mar 23: My arms ache really badly but I still did three rounds. With breaks of course. 22 Mar 23: I managed to do 3 rounds with lesser breaks today. I can feel my biceps getting firmer. 23 Mar 23: I was too tired today, couldn’t even complete 1 round. But I tried. 24 Mar 23: 3 rounds with breaks ✅

I’m pregnant and I have rough pregnancy I can’t be active as much. I noticed my arms becoming flabby without my usual workouts. Tried this for twice a day 2 days in a row, I swear I feel my arms are getting firm. So grateful for this video. I can sit and do it without equipments.

Hey I have been doing this arm workout twice a day for a week! It has made my arms stronger and a bit more toned. In the beginning it was hard for me to do the whole workout without lowering my arms, but it has gotten easier throughout the week! I will keep doing this workout. Yes she is, and even you can do that .. trust me, I thought I would never be able to do it without keeping my hands down, but if you do it regularly withing 3-4 days even you can do it without putting your arms down 🔥🔥

Yeah this makes the workout more intense. At first I was like woo I'm never gonna endure it but then I tried it and I made it. You'll feel a little burn after doing it the first times but you'll get used to it. Arms gain strength quite fast. I was surprised by how fast my arms became stronger and I could endure it ☺️

Doingthis for a month again. Current measurement: 12 inches Day 1- Done. Burnt but didn't burn as much as I thought / remembered ( That's a good thing tho). Day 2 - Done. Burned way more than it did yesterday (also I'm kinda sore too) but it's still manageable. Day 3 - Didn't do it. Ugh, I know discipline is the key but I was feeling so lazy and nothing went my way. Day 4 - Done. Remembered that consistency is important so I didn't want to prolong the delay and got back to it right away. Day 5 - Done. It's now burning the way it was supposed to. Fvck. Day 6 & 7 - Took a two day break cuz it's Christmas Day 8 - Done. Burned so much at the beginning but bearable towards the end. Day 9- Done

I came to this video because I can hardly do two push-ups and that made me feel like my arms weren't very strong. 2022 Day 1 (Oct 31) - I do arm workout for few weeks so I move on to this new arm workout. I finished it without resting and it's a more difficult and different kind of burn. I enjoyed it anyways Day 2 (Nov 2) - finished it continuously. It still pains me since I'm not used to this new workout. Day 3 (Nov 3) - it hurts, but i finished it anyways Day 4 (Nov 4) - saem pain Day 5 (Nov 5) - my arms start adjusting from the pain Day 6 (Nov 6) - done ✔️ WE HAVE A MAFIA THEMED PARTY ON DEC 2 SO I NEED TO DISCIPLINE MYSELF Day 7 (Nov 7) - done ✔️ the forward bent up down exercise is what I considered my rest time in this video Day 8 (Nov 8) - i am more than one week doing this workout and it feels burning hurt. It's valid to feel the struggle. Embrace it Day 9 (Nov 9) - it became easier? it has few annoying burns Day 10 (Nov 10) - THIS DAY GOT EASIER! No more annoying burns. Only fun burns Day 11 (Nove 11) - yooo it's 11/11 and the workout gives me fun burn Day 12 (Nov 12) - i can do 2 push ups yesterday so there's a sore in my front shoulder when I finished thiis wrokout without pause Day 13 (Nov 14) - I rested yesterday. I did this workout twice and it gives fun burn Day 14 (Nov 15) - it's been 2 weeks and I'm still doing this workout without pause Day 15 (Nov 16) - finished even though busy Day 16 (Nov 17) - pain no more just fun burn. I did it twice Day 17 (Nov 18) - no more acads and finished it. I did it twice Day 18 (Nov 20) - I participated a fun run today Day 19 (Nov 21) - I tried with weights, but it was hard. I fill my water bottle full. I guess I should fill it 25% only Day 20 (Nov 22) - I did it with weights, again. Without weights, IT FELT EASY NOW! Day 21 (Nov 23) - I pause with weights. Also, I did the workout without weights Day 22 (Nov 25) - weights and free weights again. I rested the past few days because of midterm exam Day 23 (Nov 27) - weights and free weights Day 24 (Nov 28) - weights and free weights Day 25 (Nov 29) - weights and free weights. I drank a coffee before working out. Idk if it's a factor, but it got easier with weights. I still do pause Day 26 (Nov 30) - weights and free weights. IT GOT EASIER WITH WEIGHTS Day 27 (Dec 5) - I did free weights. I rested for few days because of the party. I'd still continue even after the party. Day 28 (Dec 19) - been busy for the past few weeks. As soon as i came back, i didn't experience annoying pain Day 29 (Dec 23) - i did it twice Day 30 (Dec 27) - I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHOLE MONTH. Btw i did it twice today Day 31 (Dec 29) - I did it once. There are still some bat wings, but I am very happy with the results. I love touching my arm muscles because it's kinda toned and developing to be ripped. I recommend doing it consistently and the maximum rest days can be possibly only 2 days. 2023 Day 32 (Jan 11) - I did it once. I've been busy during holidays. My arms got weaker from the long rest periods. I'm back on working out again. Day 33 (Jan 12) - I did it twice. There are annoying burns, but I still survived Day 34 (Jan 16) - I did it twice. Some struggles, but become stronger in the middle of workout Day 35 (Jan 21) - once Day 36 (Jan 22) - twice Day 37 (Jan 23) - once Day 38 (Feb 9) - my finals weeks are finished. Too many happenings and I feel overwhelmed so I returned on working out. I did it twice

@@thesuperioranonymiss In my Day 30 results, I still have bat wings, but it disappears whenever I flex it. I have noticed that my arm muscles stay being toned even taking several days of rest. However, I still recommend doing it consistently as long as you can. Moreover, my family noticed that my arms become fit and thinner which boosted my confidence and continue this workout. Good luck on your fitness journey!

Its been over 2 months since my kids have been doing this workout. Ages 13, 11, and 10. They are always flexing on everybody now lol. Their self esteem improved as well they've been dealing with bullies lately so I have decided to build them. They are toning quick, mean while I'm still flabbing lol. Thank you Holly

this is my dancing account I have been doing these for the last 8 days and the first three days, honestly, were me laying goose eggs. But I have lost 1.5cm off my left arm and a little less than 1.5 cm off my right arm. (Note : I am very fat and most exercises give me a lot of result. I have seen that the closer One is to their ideal weight, the less effective the exercises turn out to be)

I've been doing this twice daily everyday including weekend. My arm is less flabby and stronger. It was difficult on the first week but i kept going. Now it is part of my routine before i start work and after i finish work. I'm almost 50 and the flabby arms is showing. Thank you Holly!!!

Started this on 11 March but I didn’t record it so 😅. But I’ll do it for a whole week and keep you guys updated ❤ Day 1-11/03/24: not even kidding it’s intense my arms were down 3 times in the whole video lol. Day 2-13/03/24: still so intense and I was doing this while fasting for Ramadan 😭. Btw Ramadan Mubarak ☪️! Day 3-14/03/24: Done this 20 mins before iftar 😭. I rlly felt the burn tho Day 4-15/03/25: Done! It was wayyy more easier I only put my arm down once bc my mum came in 😢. Day 5-16/03/25: omg I almost forgot to do this today and I literally got out of bed at 11:30 to do it 😭. It was sooo much easier I didn’t put my arm down once but still felt so much pressure while it was up Day 6-17/03/24:DONE. 🎉🎉 Day 7-18/03/24:DONE! finally completed a week and OMG I was waiting this whole time to update my results😅. Not even kidding my arms gone down by a WHOLE inch bc starting measurements was 10 inches and now it’s 9.2 inches! I will carry on this exercise but every few days as I want to try out more workouts! But I rllyyy hope this helped u and it works 🎉

DAY 1: Dropped my arms 3 or 4 times for just a second. Felt really hard. DAY 2: Dropped my arms just once. Still felt hard but I can see the difference. DAY 3: Did the whole think without dropping my arms once! DAY 4: Felt much easier so i decided to do it twice, the second time with 0.5 kg ankle weights and i dropped my arms like 7 times but I still did it! DAY 5: This time I did it twice, the first time with ankle weights and manage to drop my arms only 2 times for a second. It really really hurts! The second time was without weights and it felt quite easy. DAY 6: Managed to do it with ankle weights without dropping my arms! It was so hard and it hurts so much but I did it! DAY 7: Omg it hurts so much with ankle weights! Feels like my hand are going to fall off

I have been doing this for 3 weeks now, and I changed from struggling to complete once to finishing twice consecutively! Surprising side-benefit: my tennis skills got greatly improved given the better arm strength and muscle control!!

Day 4 and I did the whole exercise without putting my arms down. Waaaah 💪🏼 Day 5 and boy I did it again! ☺️ Day 6- did it twice today, one in the morning(almost did it till the end) and at night( finished it till the end), and oh my husband said that there’s a significant and obvious change in my arms♥️

To anyone struggling for motivation: I’ve been doing this workout for about a week. It was incredibly painful the first few days but I can already do it without putting my arms down. My arms have less fat and I can feel much more muscle definition than I did originally. My arms have always embarrassed me but I’m already feeling more confident 😄

I'm so glad i found this video! I've always been insecure abt my flabby arms. I followed some workouts before but i wasn't satisfied with my results. Just completed this exercise now and my arms never felt this sore before I'm 100% sure this is going to be effective one. So I'm gonna follow this and update y'all

Its okay if you drop your arms! It get easier as you keep doing it! Just a little tip when you feel like drop8your arms try smiling really hard It helps

I have slightly flabby arms due to excess weight gain during lockdown (very sedentary). The rest of my body slimmed when I started going out again but the arms haven't changed. Hoping to get them slim again! Will do this twice a day. I'm loving this workout. First day doing it. Will update every week with results: week 1 (29 june 23) - starting at 29cm

Doing this everyday Day 1: ✔️ - I was frequently letting my arms down since Im still not used to this workout, but I quickly got them back up and continued doing the exercise. I hope I will get used to it soon Day 2: ✔️ - still let down my arms from time to time but not as frequent as in the first day Day 3: ❌️ - was too tired and forgot Day 4: ✔️ ×2 Day 5: ❌️ Day 6: ✔️ Day 7: ✔️ Day 8: ✔️ Day 9: ✔️ (sorry forgot to update for the past 3 days) Day 10: ✔️ Day 11: ✔️ Day 12: ✔️ Day 13: Note to self: dont forget to breathe regularly for more resistence. Inhalie trough the nose and exhale trough the mouth

Day one: ✅ it hurted so much Day two: ✅it hurtled even more than yesterday Day three: ✅hurt less than the last two days but it still HURTED Day four: ✅it hurts, still hurts. So much pain. But I think I was able to keep up more today Day five: ✅had to do it in the morning because I work closing today, it hurt so much today praying for the day I can do this workout easily Day six: 🗿 ok I kinda forgot pls don’t burn me at the stake I promise I do it on day seven Day seven: ✅ it still burns and hurts but it’s more bearable and I groaned less than last time! Thank you so much for liking and being so kind 🥺 Day eight: ✅it still hurts like crazy 🗿 Day nine: 🗿 I didn’t get time yesterday Day ten: ✅it still hurts and is unbearable 😁 Day eleven: ✅ BRO IT STILL FREAKING HURTS A LOT 😔 Day twelve: ✅ still hurts 😔 I hate doing this Day thirteen: ❌ - - Update on 08/25/21 It’s crazy that I quit 5 months ago, I started working and never had the energy for this workout but even when I wasn’t working I still found an excuse to not do the workout. I’m going to have resting days this time to let my muscles heal. I’ll start updating again until I quit or succeed! Let’s see which one comes first! **Do not be afraid to come back to something just because you’ve quit it before. You absolutely can come back to it and try again!** Day one: ✅ that was the WORSTTTT felt like I would pass out so much but I did it 😔 BARELY Day two: ❔lol don’t know if it counts as completion cause I put down my arms for like 50% of the video, hurt so much more than yesterday Day three: ❌ not doing it, my body is extremely sore from my other workouts, I’ll be stretching today though!
