A lovely tribute to a brilliant musician. RIP Richard❤. Also this clip is the first time I've ever seen or heard of David Morgan, who wrote the B side of "Blackberry Way", "Something", which I've loved since I was a kid of 4! 😊

Hey Tracey, look up Dave Scott-Morgan's channel on KZbin. He is currently presenting a half hour programme on Thursday nights at 7.30 UK time called Dave's Song Factory. Richard Tandy's last public appearance was in November 2019 at a special concert with the Birmingham Conservatoire where the music of Earthrise had been arranged for orchestra. All the songs on Earthrise had been written by Dave Scott- Morgan and recorded by both Richard and Dave.

Richard quietly made his sounds through instruments that contributed significantly to the ELO sound. His fine craftsmanship and understanding of music theory would have been lost in any lesser groups. Well done Richard, you will be sonically missed.
