With this setup, what kind of income are you making off these dishes in an evening? Very curious, as a setup like this seems like it needs upkeep and planning and I'm wondering if it would be worth it to change. As it is, I serve basically 3 dishes, so I have the farm do 2 of the veggies needed, I dispatch all cooks on one ingredient only and then focus on basically 5 fish species. Makes it simple. But if this more complicated setup makes a ton of cash I may consider changing.

How does the number of fish beyond 2 impact the fish farm?

A pair of fish produce a set amount minimum and maximum. Having more fish increase these limits, so where I have 10 of certain fish, I am producing more fish than if I just had 2. Having even more than 10 would produce even more fish than I currently get.

what is your thoughts on breeding lightest fishes which sells for highest among those weight fishes?

I've never sold a fish directly from the fish farm. I've only ever sent them to the kitchen. So I wouldn't know.

Does the star rating/quality of fish matter in breeding? Do three-starred pairs of fish have better chance of producing also three-starred offspring in the fish farm than two-starred ones?

@@Randomturtle001 I see. Thank you for the reply. I've seen conflicting answers to this question. Many say it's all random. But some, like you, say the star quality does have an effect on breeding. I personally wish the game itself gave a more straight-up detailed answer. In tycoon/management games, most of the time, I want to know everything about what I am doing in full detail. But, I suppose this game isn't really that kind of game, or at least it is not its main genre.

Keep as many fish of a kind as is reasonable for space. I kept 10 at the time but now I keep more in some areas.

@@noxite1598 that is a solid idea, however if you wanted to you could stock up on some fish used for later dishes. Like the crimson fish roll, so it can be enhanced immediately after unlocking it.

Cheers for the video, i am still quite early in the game. Seeing how much money you have i have a question- is there actually any use for that muvh? Are there very expensive weapons or upgrades in the later game!? Thanks!

Not really, the money gets ridiculous, I had a max stack of 9,999,999 once, but I actually did spend it at the farm to get max stacks of seeds and compost (9,999). But still had a couple of million left over. The actual upgrades you need in game are relatively cheap. The most expensive thing is if upgrading an employee from level 19 to level 20, but even that costs under 100,000.

Check the cost of selling the fish in the hydrothermal you didn't add to this list. They may not have dishes but some of them sell for 300-400 per fish

hrm mine are filled with all the big boys sharks went quality over quantity went for the most expensive dishes is that bad ? would ti be better to get the smaller dishes. That's crazy for me at level 9-10 the shark dishes are close to 300-600 maybe? I see yours there's 1k dishes that's insane. I just beat the last boss as well. so not sure when ill give up the game.

For me, the fishes here are the high quality. It takes a bit more work to level up those dishes but the majority of the dishes in the game sell for more than 1000 and serve multiple people with 1 set of ingredients. As opposed to basic sushi which is worse than boss dishes. Where boss dishes are worse than a 0-50m shrimp dish. Unlocking good dishes such as Crimson Fish Roll, Three-coloured squid roast, or, Dried Stingray. Those I feel are the high quality dishes as they sell for 1480 serving 9 or 12 people per 9 meat. It probably isn't wise to keep all the fish here as I was mainly doing that to level up dishes at the time. However the fish that contribute to the dishes I mentioned above I feel are the best of the best. After farming them for a bit it's fast to level up the relevant dishes. That said those dishes each require a level 15 employee to unlock. Which isn't too hard to achieve if you've done the Michael Bang event and have Tropical Fish Sushi available. Overall the highest quality is only available through the combination dishes, as opposed to basic sushi. Where the fish kept in this video (Barring night zone) all contribute to that.
