I’m glad I caught your last couple of videos. I am heading down to the area that you were traveling through in a week or so. I live in Northern, Minnesota, and I have some boots for my dog Boomer. I normally have just used them in the winter during extremely cold weather, but I’m going to bring the booties with for our stops where there are goatheads. The booties are easy to put on and take off. A woman makes them up in Alaska.

Dave. Them sticky things are called Goatheads, the "Puncturevine" plant grows in all western states in the drier climate areas, We have them in Eastern Wa😢 They are terrible for pets and bike tires! That is how they spread their seeds Make sure you put tire sealer in your bike tires such as Flat-Out

Welcome Dave to Arizona. I left Montreal Quebec mid November and have been in Quartzsite since last Wednesday with my Truck camper! Nice the Hi Jolly BLM! Met lots of nice people! Enjoying the great weather! Will visit the RTR in January! It’d be great to meet you and other great KZbinrs I’ve been following for years! Have a great trip. My first time as a retired teacher (retired last June) doing a 4 and a half month away from the winter. 👍

The first rest stop in arizona we had a run in with rattlesnake. The dark is problematic for avoiding snaked. Beautiful are between lordsburg and Tucson.

Dave, I'm a subscriber. Presently in LaPosa North. I purchased a Bluetti AC200Max that isn't working. Today it stopped taking a charge from the solar and tried charging it with my generator and it won't take a charge from the generator either. I'm hoping to get solar on my trailer. Hoping, if you can, you would stop by and give me some advice

I believe that is a chip in the windshield. Dave spoke about it in an earlier video and now he will be replacing it once he gets settle down from traveling.

I don’t like the Phoenix traffic and always take the bypass, I-8 to Gila Bend and up to I-10 west of Phoenix.

One reason I bought my house east of Phoenix when I worked downtown driving west on I-10 into the sun I wanted to avoid. Co-worker lived out west of Buckeye, AZ every day into the sun on the drive in and home driving into the sun. The traffic is bad on I-10 parking lot now days almost 20 miles with all the tract homes they built out in the west valley.

I live 1 mile to the east of that Walmart and Sunrise RV Park. Spend about half a year in Deming. It’s an ugly little town but it’s really has some very nice people. I’ve been in and out of here since 2017. Also, I don’t shop for gas that often but on the west side of townone block from the last exit there is an Indian truckstop that generally has the lowest prices in town see you down the road.
