this demo does not verify any of the cables capabilities above HDMI 2.0. A 4k Video with 60hz, not 120hz or 8k.

I don't know of many people who have 8K setups, myself included, so it's hard to test that aspect...

I give up at retirement as router/modem quick, 4 days later had a 13" TV go blank. 5 days later wife's TV quits with sound. My son's sends us one identical with same model but different software. I can figure out either as both are smart TV's. Engineers should figure our to make them easier to use, not harder. We are not hardcore games and use antenna / Wi- Fi only. 13 calls and hours on customer service I have seen "Owners Manual" once. Still can't figure how to get back to that Vizio feature. A "CD" or link to KZbin video would be nice. I can program the Power Train Control Module to a 2013 Buick Park Avenue but can't save a favorite channel to our TV's? What the H;&ll. Silicone Valley is smoking something good. ASE Master Tech, retired.

Yeah, accurate. The reality is that while TV manufacturers are still including antenna inputs and "modes" on their TVs, all the action is on the SmartTV side with streaming channels, built-in Netflix, etc. NextGenTV might be something that the manufacturers (other than LG) have agreed to support, but I think there's one intern on the job, not a team of user interface pros. 😐
