Wow, This song and others by Bread takes me back to when I was 20 and in love with my highschool sweetheart. She dumped me for another guy when we graduated and I was devastated to the point of suicide. Twelve years later we came back together and married but over 5 years we both found we had grown apart and divorced. Every time I hear a song by Bread, it transports me to those bitter sweet days all over again.
