David did a duet with John Owen Jones of this song while David was touring Europe some years back. John sang Bring Him Home in one of the stage productions of Les Mis. David blew John away. It was an awesome duet to hear. David nailed it.

What I absolutely adore about David when he sings is that, even when he's not belting out the high notes (and we all know he can do so brrrrilliantly) and when he's singing in a 'softer' way, he STILL grips me!. No dramatic production-type surroundings (flashing lights, 'paper confetti', coming from above, dancers, etc., etc., - as seen in many performances nowadays). He just sings honestly and purely. I don't NEED anything else when I hear such excellent singing. My absolute favourite singer of all time. Thank you so much for reviewing David so often - still not enough, though, haha!! I believe that David also did the arrangement for this song? Again, superb - as always. I dearly would love you to review another version of 'O Holy Night' - it was, I think, in 2020 and David is wearing a black leather jacket. It was a performance at his Barn. I soooo enjoy this performance as much as the one where he's wearing the green jumper - which is shown and opinions given so often. Both performances are superb but very different from each other. HOWEVER - I can't FIND the video. Anyone any ideas where to find it please so it can be reviewed here at some stage? Thanks in advance!

It was quite famous on Broadway several (?) years back and actually was made into a theater production = surprisingly superb to watch, with Hugh Jackman (!) playing lead .... if I remember correctly! I am not an expert or at all any kind of critic, but I was quite impressed with the movie -- especially' if you're not very familiar with it. hmmmm =} !

I know David has done stage acting and I wanna say he did Le Mis in college but I'm not sure. I used to think Hugh Jackman did this really well in the Movie until I heard David sing lol I like Jackman but there really is no comparing the two.

I saw David in Larry Gatlin's "Quanah" play a few years ago. This man can sing anything! People were sitting with their mouths opens that had never hear him. I was able to talk to David afterwards and he is a very humble, nice grentleman.
