I was fortunate enough to see them 3 times over the years. The concerts lasted 2- 1/2 to 3 hours. With only about a 15 minute intermission. Amazing singing and fun

David and Guy so needed that break for Mark’s standing ovation. I’ve watched this many many times and I still die laughing every time.😂😂😂😂😂 And Mark’s comment, “ You ain’t seen nothing yet!” is spot on because Bill gets involved in the editing of all the videos. He wouldn’t know what Mark did until he saw the taping for the edits. I love how Guy and Favid kept gradually creeping to the right to separate from Mark. They were doing their best the maintain their composure and got the break to laugh at the ovation for Mark.

I got to see this skit in 2011 in Erie, PA and I about died from laughter. Mark is one the best out there and he is so hilarious, yet he is a very gifted singer and songwriter.

This was a routine that the GVB did often. Even after seeing it hundreds of times David still cracked up from time to time. All he had to do is look at Mark. Sometimes Mark would pick on David during this routine because he knew he could get David's goat and make him laugh. The other members always made David stand next to Mark.

Anytime you have Mark Lowry and Bill Gaither together there's about to be some fun stuff going on. That being said, Mark is not just a clown, as you have seen before. He has one of those Powerhouse vocal abilities. He and Guy Penrod both attended Liberty University at the same time. David attended Baylor University. You should give a look in to Mark, David, Guy, and Michael English singing House of Gold. If you truly love harmonies.
