I forced a friend of mine yesterday to watch season 2 with me because she hadn’t watched it yet - but I had - and it was quite the exquisite experience to finally be able to have a second person next to me also scream violently at the tv screen during the finale. Somewhat healed the trauma. But only somewhat. (Looking forward to season 3)

What a season... I was confused for a while because I couldn't tell where things were headed and why we were being shown certain scenes, but after the final episode, the themes all clicked perfectly into place and I realised what a beautifully romantic and philosophical story it had been. Definitely need to watch the whole thing again now, so that I can really appreciate it.

Binged Season 2, and it was Magnificent. Season 1 was by the book which was fantastic, but with Season 2 Gaiman expanded the Crowley and Aziraphale friendship and it was lovely. Cannot wait for Season 3.

series 1 included a lot of characters and plots - as it was based on the book - but series 2 really focused on Aziraphale and Crowley, with other characters being their support. and I really loved that new direction.
