I think this is the first time I've witnessed somebody off of the bike so disciplined and well formed consistently as well as casually throw out an arm to say hi while doing it. I'm am awe as a relative n00b.

Most people just assume because it's a bigger bike that it corners faster and leans better... when in reality it's 90% rider and 10% bike. great video schaaf, love watching the Z ;) haha

Big bikes such as z1000 gives enough tractions and are very very stable and also provide more precise cornerings ✌🏻

At first I thought his leaning was just over exaggerated for the camera, but he was so smooth with it that it is clear that he can ride like that and does often. You just don't see too many riders riding like that on the road. Awesome footage mate.

+MrAusAdventure usually you only see "Hangoff Apes" on the road. Guys who slide a bit to the left or right and stick out their knee. While keeping their upper body above the bike lol. Luckily it looks quite ridiculous but they don't even notice.

Okay, i've watched it like 4 times now, still very awesome and time for a comment. Such a joy to watch, huge respect for his smoothness and riding lines, pretty much perfect imho, transitions left to right; how far he hangs of; lines through the corners all of it. And he is riding my dream bike, nice to see it (with the proper rider) can do all those things :) And offcourse respect to Schaaf for keeping up, big thumbs up Also nice, sometimes you can pick up a tiny bit of the z1000sx's engine sound, very nice... *watching it again*

Mit dir und deinen Videos ist es wie mit 911 und Tuning: Etwas bereits perfektes (RAW Material) kann man häufig nicht perfekter machen; viele Versuche enden in einem hässlichen häufchen Elend. DU bist aber einer der Wenigen, die den 11er tunen können, ohne seine wunderschöne Eleganz und Schönheit zu zerstören. Dein Hauch von Editing ist einfach schön passend (z.B. die geilen BF-Sounds). TOP! Und jezt weis ich net mehr was ich schreiben soll ausser geil geil geil ^^

Hey Schaaf, I know exactly what that feels like:-) that's why I love my CB 500, too. I also have bigger bikes, but I'll never sell my Honda, cause the feeling in tight turns up to 120 Km/h is unique and amazing, though it's not the strongest bike. Great video, keep on riding

Really well controlled riding. Kept it on the same side of the ride. Nice and smooth transitions from left to right. For me I especially like the end bit that shows the bike you ride. Most people wouldn't associate that mobile doing too much at all other than commuting. This is where than fun is.

Exactly the reason I still ride and will never sell my CBR400 Nc29. Absolute blast on local roads and such a pleasure to ride. Little pocket rockets ftw.

I don't think a CB500 was ever ridden this hard in the history of CB500s. Big thumbs up to you Schaaf! You are the answer to all those people who keep asking retarded questions like "Is CBR1000RR a good beginners bike?" Really smooth riding and great skills. An absolute pleasure to watch.
