LOVE your shirt. I have an older car witha cd player. DinosaurJR is one of the 5 cds that stays in there. I liked a song or two in the mid 2000s after I got them silver and purple dunks. Then playing skate 3 all the time in its era totally had me going through their Discog. Bummed I missed the recent shows. I take it with how busy you seem you did too. I want another J. Mascis Nike.

Im a collector wearer. If I buy... they go on foot within the year, and added to a rotation. I think I have over 400 shoes and I literally wear them all from time to time. I think this is finally the year I slow down. Its been 3 weeks since I bought a shoe.😂

Lol.....I'm the same way..... definitely don't have 400 pairs, but I usually buy a few pairs a month and put em in my closet....alot of the time it might be another aj4 and I have a problem wearing expensive shoes...lol....I might go "shopping" in my own closet if i want a new pair but i never grab a pair thats too fancy.....i trash my stuff so one wear and they are toast

Damn those OG-1s are nice. I got the Navy... went full size down instead of .5 down but probably shouldn't have gone that far. Still fits but that toe is up against the edge for sure

Really thinking about copping the koston 2’s but worried about fit. My 9.5 muska’s fit quite big, and my 9.5 creager’s fit rather small, my toes smash against the toebox. With es it’s a complete roll of the dice for me.

I feel that. I didn’t order 11.5 for the shop but I did try on the 11 which is a half size smaller than I usually order and it was tolerable if I were skating the shoes but too tight if in was just going to rock em all day. I am guessing 11.5 would be pretty on point. I wasn’t swimming in the 12 though. Sorry I can’t be more help but I think true to size would be ok on these. Honestly feet are so different who even knows

@@DavidBluetile I’ll for sure go with the 9.5 when I do order them. Unless somebody is adamant on sizing up, or sizing down, I just go with my normal size. I’m not sure if you’ve done a Zahba Mid review, but I am a big fan of the shoe. Having a cup sole half cab is a mist

Man I know we did Zahba reviews and that shoe skates great but holy cow it has not been well received by the community. same as the rowan cup sole shoe. Im with you on needing cup sole for the old bones but I dont think ill stock any more Zahbas unfortunately ... that is of course unless the market decides to start loving them! haha

@@DavidBluetile wait until they hit the outlet malls and people start skating them due to the cheap price. I bought my white mids with the pink and green soles for like 50 bucks online and have been loving them. I’m shocked to hear the Rowan’s aren’t moving, but I think the design language is that of a non skate vans shoe which could turn people away. I think it makes the shoe sicker tbh

éS > Emerica even though they're both Soltec 😂 I'd be interested in hearing what Koston thinks about his older shoes being released again. I hope hes hyped on it.

@@DavidBluetile definitely éS for me. I skated nothing but accels and Koston pro models until about 2005 then it's been Nike ever since.

Just picked up the og, still waiting for it in the mail, i pray it is as some say and run slightly big due to the cup sole cause i did go a half size down considering 8.5's are a pain to find, just rather not have to ship them back

Hey! Can you confirm they actually run big? I wear 9.5 in pretty much every other brand and I'm not sure which ones to order for these

@fernandoreyes680 honestly for me, I can say going true to size. I can fit into a half size smaller but my big toe is past the stitching on the toe cap. Might feel better broken in from skating or regular use, but yeah your normal size should be fine

I don't know man about that design on the koston 2 remakes. I had the originals back in the day and they looked quite a bit different on that toe area, the og 1s look much more like the original shoes

I had to go down a half-size in the OG-1. I believe a lot of people have that same issue. I’m wondering if they retooled this skate shop day release. The 298 is awesome. I’ve been wearing them for the last ten days and I’d say they fit TTS. I’ve been skating the Evants on and off for a while and love the sole, even if it isn’t the OG sole.
