Handpan seems to be the perfect tool for fighting a pandemic. :) It’s wise to make music trying to stay home anyway. Great you choose to continue educating and concentrate on the good stuff.

Hello David, I'm moving to a new apartment next month and I'm hoping to build shelving to store/display all my hand drums. I love the way you have all your drums displayed in this room! It would be awesome if you could do a video showing how the display shelves are built/setup and everything stored on them. :-)

Fantastic...I love 7/8..very musical.great lesson..guru 🎵✔️✔️🎵🎵✔️✔️..not sure if I should buy a hangpan. Or a steel tongue drum..can the pan be knocked out of tune...?only ask as they are very expensive..thanks David. ...great work on All your hand drumming videos.. so inspirational 🥁🥁😁😁👏👏👏

@@cubicfilms3200 thanks for responding..I am leaning towards the Rav. As I love the sound and they stay in tune better. Hang pan is amazing sound. More. Natural..I feel...very expensive..as they take ages to make..so understandable...🥁😁😁

You can't go wrong with a RAV Vast. They are a durable instrument. I have played my RAV drums almost every day for almost 2 years, sometimes hours a day. They sound great every time. I love applying what David teaches to my RAVs. Handpan is on the bucket list. Both are great instruments.
@DavidKuckhermann4 жыл бұрын
A Rav Vast is a nice alternative. It's less sensitive and not as expensive. But it is a different kind of instrument and in the end I'd go after which sound you prefer. Good handpans are available from 1200 EUR these days.

Alles Gute
@DavidKuckhermann Жыл бұрын

Just was able to order one from Amazon made by gdrasuya... All I could afford, but got the insurance just in case... Any familiarity with the manufacturer? Or do you know anyone willing to sell one and ship it to Oregon USA for under $700usd?
@DavidKuckhermann4 жыл бұрын
I would be sceptic about these offers. The beginner instrument with the best price/quality relation that I know of costs 1200 EUR and is a proper very good handpan.

@@DavidKuckhermann already have it and was making music out of the box with it!
