As we all know, prioritizing the product backlog is the job of the product owner. However, for question 128, you say the correct answer involves re-prioritizing the product backlog - despite the fact that, presumably, when we answer these questions we are doing so from the perspective of the project manager, not the product owner, unless otherwise specified (and it's not specified in question 128.) Why, then, does this answer require re-prioritizng the product backlog?

The key word is "Your" meaning you take responsibility for the project whether your the PO or not but the key is that the benefit is High and the complexity is Low, now imagine doing a MoSCoW or Cost-Benefit with this criteria, you would be jumping at the feature to place it high on the backlog and priotize it ASAP. Remember in Agile the no.1 rule is that you need to look for opportunities to add Value and the above is value. Hope this helps...

125. Business Model Canvas for each feature? Business Model Canvas is for the whole startup or business not for each features. help me understand the logic behind choosing the answer.

Good question. The overall idea is: Each feature or deliverable in Agile is like a mini project in itself. We go through analysis, design, build, test, release for each usable increment. Each one of these may have different customers (or beneficiaries, internal or external to the company), different revenue sources, different strengths and different weaknesses. Doing any of the canvases will help us prioritize, and ensure we are delivering customer value: Business Model Canvas, Lean Model Canvas, or a good ol' fashioned business case. Why? In the real world, we'll get Executives pushing useless features on us, things they like, the latest trends, things their friends or family are invested in, etc. Doing these canvases or cases helps filter this muck.... 😂 Even though sometimes we will must concede, as they might be providing funding or resources.
