This was just what I needed! I got really zenned out during cow face legs, it was great. My glimmer today was the double rainbow I saw yesterday over my house 🌈

My hips definitely needed this class today. I haven't practiced Cow Face Pose in a long time, so it was pretty intense! I loved the gentle background music throughout this class, but especially what was playing during the lunges and savasana. My glimmer from yesterday was waiting at the bus stop and enjoying the clear blue sky and the warm spring-like air.

Hello cow face pose 😂 I know it can be a little intense but I'm glad you felt the positive effects - such a good outside hip stretch. I love that you enjoyed the music - I spend a lot of time trying to get that right 🥰. Mmmm blue sky glimmer!

I really enjoyed this one today! Especially when we sat on the blanket with the Cow Face pose. I also enjoy when you laugh and I like hearing your laughter! It puts a smile on my face and I enjoy the poses more! Thank you for just being you! Namaste. 😊

I feel you re cowface pose! It's def a bit of a challenge to get into it... and then to stay! But it's really unique in the way it stretches the outsides of the hips. I'm glad you feel the positive after effects! Namaste Dawn 🙏

Thank you that was good for me. The clamshells and crossing the knees while sitting I can feel that I need these movements. Clamshell AKA “dog peeing on a fire hydrant pose.” 🙃

😱... 🐮 face pose. I was amazed I landed on one sit bone after 3 attempts of trying to sit correctly 😰 😅 once in the position I did not want to move, so good 👌. As always I appreciate you 🙏 💚
