It is happening folks, the future of work is being redesigned. Yes, More tech companies wants to fire more workers from next week: "The third wave is going to happen next week. Time and tide will not wait for any person. That means we must pay attention to how new technologies, and specifically AI, will make it easier for companies to become more efficient. Simply, this companies may not need a lot of workers, your bank may not need many staff. Your insurer may not need many workers. And the list keeps growing.

Is it time to require mandatory payment where even if you have no staff, you have to commit a certain percentage of your revenue which will be used to distribute to citizens as a "wage" alternative?

It has nothing to do with AI. Economic distress in America is enormous. Many banks have gone under. Inflation is biting harder. Ukraine miscalculation is obvious. Facebook has been using AI in most of its features and products for more than 15 years now, so Ai has nothing to do with it. They embarked on unprofitable projects. And over hired. Apple has never laid off employees despite the economic downturn. They did well in hiring and never had failed projects. Metaverse failed. Gaming projects failed. Fintech, Lira failed. In the last 20 months, Sanbberg left, nobody is there to "tam the lion" Most Tech companies went woke: hired talents in order to prevent competitors from having access, they kept them idle, just to hijack a pool of talent. Over hired without proper assessment and protection. The existing projects couldn't turn in expected revenue, even before inflation war in USA set it. Let's put it in perspective without blaming AI. 95% of big tech have been using AI in the last 15 years. My advice: Improvise, Build passive income as a personal hedge against inflation. Do not hesitate to ask question where common knowledge fails.

@@TheIndianFrontierYT as a computer technician, do not tell me about Microsoft or Norton etc, Microsoft destroyed more business and monopoly with windows in many ways in so many wrong ways. If I start telling you the list goes like huge book of unfair business and breaking laws in so many ways by lobbies then change the laws just for Microsoft benefits. They also work with companies like ebay and amazon to stop 10000s of sellers can not able to sell if they sell Microsoft they get banned forever. So their software prices extremely high for common users. Copyright laws so wrong and push the world governments to make laws very unfair to people. Even once Microsoft forced US government to stop trade with China. Millions of People and businesses suffered. You can not do anything not to pay Microsoft whether you like it or not, and you won't get money back. For example lets say you want to buy a laptop, it came with windows included in price, you tell them i want to use Linux , would you get money back? You don't have the luxury. Also Microsoft lobbies made few laws that now they make billions out of it, again because of those stupid pattern laws, no company can not produce same ideas like they did in android, like pull down screen then you see setting menu on android, if you tab twice screen on etc. No one use these ideas of silly things unless you pay Microsoft if you ever create operating system for mobiles, that is why Google pays 5 billion dollars to Microsoft for these silly pattern ideas. And no one else produce any new mobile OS they will be sued. Because Microsoft probably patterns every idea how to use and other options too. This way they create monopoly so no one produce else. So much for the free market i guess.

Bill Gates is a phenomenon ... a real life super genius! His ingenuity of this individual was so potent that the US govt had to step in and stop him and his corp from becoming "the market" itself. This guy is from another planet,another time,another dimension..we need more BGs right on! lol

imagine Bill Gates as president rather than trump
@Arpin_Lusene8 жыл бұрын
While I do like the idea of that, I personally think Bill will do better at what he's doing right now if he's not distracted at directly managing political issues. The ideal would be to get a Bill like person as president who is easy to communicate to with Bill himself, so when Bill need to get some government involvement, he could do it pretty quickly.
