just bought a rd 07 model 2003 for a trip from France to westerner africa this summer ! then i think subscribing would be a nice thing for me !! thanks for your work !!

Good luck for you during preparation and during the trip! Also don't forget to: -replace fuel pump switching element (you can also add diode, google: "flyback diode" - common mod for AT), -replace steering head bearing, -move voltage regulator from place under the seat to side of the frame. After those modification this bike can't be stopped :D

Tylko jest jeden mały problem ... Afryka już od ponad rok u nas nie mieszka :D Jeszcze gdzieś na dysku leży kilka filmików z wklejania zębatki przedniej, regulacji zaworów ale na tym koniec :( Amortyzator z filmiku został użyczony do celów naukowych przez kolegę :)

@@motoboxerpl5160 Na 100% będę chciał jeszcze zrobić regenerację amora ze starszej Afryczki (z regulacją tłumienia w puszcze) ale na tym koniec. Chyba, że dociągniemy filmiki z odbudowy DR350 do końca i będzie trzeba nowy motor do odbudowy ... :D Pozdrawiam, szerokości i przyczepności :)

Hi Michele! Looks like new virus may slow it down a little... in Poland we have first problems with manufacturing plants, also there is problem with new air valve supply (it is from Italy). We need to survive this and get back to work! Stay healthy!

Hi, you’ve probably been asked many times but do you do rebuilds for the public? I’m trying to restore an RD03 & nobody will touch the rear shock… I really want to keep the bike original so trying anything to avoid going down the aftermarket route. Thanks for the video & your time 👍

Coś co się przyjemnie ogląda :D To teraz czekamy na kolejne filmy i gotowy zestaw naprawczy od was :). Będzie opcja ,że wysyła się wam swój amorek i go reanimujecie ?

Dzięki :) W sumie to już ta seria jest skończona, kilka dni temu wpadł ostatni trzeci filmik. W 3 filmiku jest w opisie link do pobrania instrukcji w PDF (50 stron z obrazkami jak zrobić serwis od A do Z, linki do wszystkich filmików, link do naszego sklepu z częściami na FB, link gdzie sprawdzać czy jest nowsza wersja instrukcji ... wszystko w jednym miejscu. Niedługo powinno się udać przetłumaczyć na polski). A nad małym serwisem amortyzatorów myślimy ... na forum Afryki pewnie pojawi się ogłoszenie. Aktualnie trwają pracę nad stacją do ładowania azotem (a nie powietrzem jak na filmikach). Jak będzie taka stacja gotowa to prawdopodobnie ruszy serwis :) Do szczęścia brakuje jeszcze kilka narzędzi, ale nad tym też już pracujemy. W dalszym planie jest budowanie maszynki do odpowietrzania amortyzatorów pompą próżniową, dorabianie końcówek serwisowych do innych amorów. A już na sam koniec jest nawet plan zbudowania hamowni do amortyzatorów :D

Hi! Yes, that's correct :) There is already 2nd part of this video, with some more information (rebuild process, new parts, modification and oil change). This shock is already in one piece since 2 days, no oil leakage detected :D Last, 3rd video from assembly should be ready in few next days :)
