I knew little about meditation until this channel. I liked the sound of Raphael’s voice rather than the American twang . I meditate daily, often twice ; have done the 2 30 days challenges & am doing this . I am getting better a letter the thoughts go . But then images appear like dream like ones . I found that can slow down . I have often seen the dark & light of a cosmos . Sometimes it seems my body is not there . But there . I never regret ever meditating. I like to do it after I wake . It mades the day better . I find the sound ones & guided very worthwhile though I do have a mantra . 2 words that just came . I recommend any body reading this to do it , do what you can to support the channel financially . I will purchase his other course when my car is fixed . I recommend that too .

Hi. I was about to purchase this through drumeo as well. Can you let me know if this was alright doing it this way or do you regret it and should I order the physical copy on Amazon or something??.

@@koryadam4393 I never kept up with the challenge but I can't imagine regretting getting it through drumeo. You could always print out the pdf if you really wanted to and you get to watch the videos and everything.
