This diet plan is super effective... My dietician has recommended me almost the same diet plan with the only difference that i am allowed to have a boiled egg along with nuts n seeds for breakfast and i take salad along with yoghurt in the afternoon and simple roti, salan for dinner... And in less than a week i can clearly see a major difference in the overall inflammation... Just a little tip to whoever is following..do add pumpkin seeds, specially if you have inflammation in the body, it works wonders ❤

@@aleezayreviews Just soak moong dal for 3 hours then when it has become soft you can grind it with some water to make a thick consistency like besan cheela .. add Ginger garlic paste and salt . U can grease with less oil and make as cheela cook on low flame and cover it with lid for sometime then flip it cook on both sides well. U can have it with any healthy Dips
