Penny, I absolutely this format! I'm 68 and dealing with injuries past, present, and future; so I can't lift heavy or push myself like I used to. I'm just trying to maintain the muscle my wise, younger self built up over the years. (Thank you wise, younger self!) So these day I much prefer a full body workout to a workout focused on just one muscle group. It keeps everything moving and 30 minutes is perfect for me to avoid over doing it - the mind is still competitive even if the body can't keep up! Also, I really appreciate only doing two rounds of each tri-set. Three rounds is psychologically intimidating, but I always know I can complete two rounds. I will definitely be joining for the rest of the series! Great job!
