Finished 1.0, beginning 2.0 today. I have been doing your workouts for awhile, they are tough but I love them. Some days it is so hard to motivate myself to begin but once I start you manage to get me through. I am loving the strength of my body and the new aesthetics. I look and feel great.😅Thanks

I am 3 days behind ...started Fierce 2.0 today. Wowzer...what a workout. I modified the burpees and walk plank jacks...hoping to one day be able to do my push ups on my toes and no longer my knees. Thank you HR for keeping me moving.
