For the first time I lifted 7.5kgs today, didn't go overboard. Focused on proper form and did my best. My hands are jelly as I type this! Worth it. I feel satisfied with my efforts today. Please make more videos catering to chest, back and shoulders. Thank you Heather!

Finished 1.0, beginning 2.0 today. I have been doing your workouts for awhile, they are tough but I love them. Some days it is so hard to motivate myself to begin but once I start you manage to get me through. I am loving the strength of my body and the new aesthetics. I look and feel great.😅Thanks

How uncanny that I redid week 1 of Fierce 1.0 this week thinking how I really loved this series. The workouts were amazing and the series lasted just the right length of time for me. I love it. Thank you for Series 2!!

I have an ACL/meniscus tear and I was able to complete this workout sitting in a chair and swapping out a few exercises. Thank you Heather!

I am 3 days behind ...started Fierce 2.0 today. Wowzer...what a workout. I modified the burpees and walk plank jacks...hoping to one day be able to do my push ups on my toes and no longer my knees. Thank you HR for keeping me moving.
