I never comment on anything, but I have to today. I have done your Glow Up several times, Fierce 14, and I just finished the 1st 12 week program you put out, all for free. I'm not after weight loss, I lost 45lbs a couple of years ago. I'm after strong, and you are STRONG. I finished day 2 of Fierce 2.0 and I have to say that my favorite thing (aside from an incredible workout) is that we can see that you're human. When you did knee push-ups in yesterday's workout. When you had to stop and shake out your legs at the same moment that I did today. That stuff reminds me that imperfection isn't weakness. We have to listen when our bodies tell us it's time to shake it out or modify. Early on I told my teenage daughter that I wanted to be strong like you after a particularly hard workout and she said, "Well you did the same workout as her didn't you?" Perspective ❤️ Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be strong like you!

I love incorporating unilateral workouts, so kudos to you. It’s not something you see often in KZbin at home workouts. I would’ve much rather switched sides after each set, then repeat the circuit rather than both sets on one side. 20 seconds recovery is not enough time if you’re going for strength. I was not recovered enough to complete both sets sometimes, and was forced to stop or drop weight. Switching sides would allow better recovery without lengthening the workout.

This workout was truly a KILLER!! I'm already tired, but I did it and feel so good that I made it to the end!! It was nice to see Heather get tired, too 😆. I realize I don't like unilateral workouts because while I'm working one side I don't realize I'm actually using the other side a little bit, too. Then when I go to work out the other side, the 1st side is already tired and doesn't do as good a job supporting me, so it makes the 2nd side much harder than the 1st side. However, I know if Heather is doing it, it must be good for me!

I know I'm late to the party BUT ... I LOVE Unilateral workouts. Not enough people focus on them. This was a great one. I also love the rep pace. It's not breakneck speed. It's focus on the muscle and do the work. I love the timer that is clear between working and rest. I can listen to my own music and still know what's up. Great leg workout! You cover so many important movements and incorporating weights can give us the option of levels of strength training. I, personally, don’t want huge/ muscular thighs, but do want lean, muscular thighs…..no flab. Thanks for a great leg workout 🌸🌸
