I am totally loving these!!! I cannot believe yesterday’s workout and how sore my glutes are! what an amazing first 3, can’t wait for more! Definitely needed some muscle confusion!!! 👊💪👊💪👊

I've just completed this workout and I can definitely say that it is one of my favorite upper body workout EVER, even though there was repetition I didn't get bored at all because I genuinely liked all the exercices Thank you Heather ! And have a good workout everyone ~

Just completed the pull workout! It was really enjoyable! My biceps and back were on fire and working. Again, that was a very enjoyable workout!!

Love the burn on back and bi’s - nice to be able to mix things up and have different body part focus. Allows for daily routine…Great for the mind and body. Lol THX HEATHER🥰
