sasriyakal guruwo 🙏 paalji 20 din hogye gym jate hua aap ki video ko follow krta hu and thex for it. paji jb "barbell press (flat bench)" ya asi koi v asi exercise jis mein Upar ki taraf push Kiya jata hai. 10-15 ke 1 se 2 set hi lg pate h uske bad biceps kapne Lagte H ho nhi pata. kya krna choga uske liye plzz help..

Sir I am the regular follower of your regime...but push up at 6th position was very hard..tried hard for 3 times but muscle was so much sore that not able to do more than 2... Other wise everything is good
