Day 10 - Lower Body Flexibility 🧘♀️
Hello everyone! Welcome to Day 10 of our 30-day yoga challenge. Today, we’re focusing on lower body flexibility with a slower-paced, deeply relaxing sequence.
What to Expect:
Forward Fold to stretch the hamstrings and lower back
Half Splits to deepen the stretch in the hamstrings
Lizard Pose to open up the hips
Three-Legged Downward Dog to stretch the legs and hips
Happy Baby to release the lower back and hips
Supine Twists to release tension in the spine and hips
Butterfly Pose to relax the inner thighs and hips
Tips for Today:
1. Use Support: Grab a block to assist in reaching deeper stretches.
2. Move Slowly: Transition slowly between poses, allowing your body to relax into each stretch.
3. Be Gentle: Pay attention to your body's signals and rest when you need to.
