Oof, as a fair-skinned person whose aunt died of melanoma, please don't discourage people from wearing sunscreen. The sun can cause cancer; sunscreens don't. Apart from that, I'm loving the practices. Only found you recently (during the 3rd UK lockdown) but I'm going to go through all your back catalogue after this challenge!

I've had melanoma twice & multiple basal cell cancers & moms ( one in the corner of my eye). I think Tim would encourage natural sunscreens. Stacy really strong & graceful; Nice practice, just a little long, but I got through it

Very important to protect the skin from strong sun, but some sunscreen can be bad for the skin and the creatures of the sea (if we wear it and then go swimming).. I would avoid strong summer sun in the midday hours and/or apply organic skin- and sea-friendly sunscreen..

This was the best class yet bro! I’ve never sweat so much and this is like the fourth 30 day course of yours that I’ve done so far between the yoga dose sessions and the ones on your own channel. Love how much more chilled you are teaching now, you are cracking me up. I’ll be using “country crock of crap” in my daily conversations now. I hope everyone watching can understand that life needs to be laughed at every once in a while and not to always be so freaking serious. Good on ya dude! Hi Tim! It may sound crazy for people who can do this easily, but hallelujah, today I managed for the first time to lift that leg up behind me without falling! And I could maintain the pose all the way through ... so cool! Thank you so much Tim, thank you Stacy and thank you Ollie for another great start of new dimensions 😅😘🙏❤️

Hi Tim and thank you Tracy. Your practice is so collected and grounds me. I trust your pacing and don’t feel I need to rush to keep up. It’s a breath centered practice. Also, through this practice I’m noticing my strength imbalances. Left lats are stronger and I can feel it in chaturanga push up. Thanks for the teachings.

Back bend on knees - able to reach and grab my ankles! Yahoo! Thanks Stacy and Tim! Lived a healthy life for 50 years and still got MBC. Its okay though as yoga and a continued healthy lifestyle is keeping me well. :)

The infinite light in me sees infinite light in you. Namaste. Tim, this practice changed everything. The half splitz and three legged dog have strengthened my whole lower body. My hips, legs, and lower back are much more open. I love this! I am a day behind, but I am still going! Day 18 for me tomorrow. I feel like I can now go into warrior one with complete awareness and balance now. Thanks TIm!!!

I wanted to say how much I appreciate your focus on core in all of your practices. I have been doing yoga for a while, but for the first time, I feel like my poses are more as they should be, all due to a stronger core. (And it's helpful for life stuff too!) Thanks for all the great videos!

Thanks for a great class! You give great directions and this class did help me with straightening my shoulders in plank, by taking the cues of lengthening through the spine and previous cue when you had Stacy stand like she had hands on the wall, I realized my hands were much too far forward in plank. Awesome series!

Really enjoyed the extra emphasis on building length through a solid grounding of the thighs. Building up my back body strength and postural muscles has become an especially important focus of my practice as of late and I appreciate learning each of these tidbits about how to have a solid foundation. You had me cracking up this whole video. I loved the moving of thigh bones back to help engage the outer hips. Once again another game changing nuance! Stacy should know I have to smile too when doing challenging core work. It’s the only way to really get my lower abdominals to stay engaged. Namaste Tim and Stacy 🙏

Great class, as usual. Thank you for the focus on tadasana in every pose, and "turning on" the quads to help strengthen & support every pose: plank, chair, warrior 1, standing split. I could feel each of those poses improve during class with your guidance, in a way they haven't in over 20 years of practice. :-)

I have been doing yoga on and off for years now. I’m getting back into it and this is the first time I’ve done my blanks right. With your guidance I immediately noticed the difference. My blank was stronger more challenging and I actually felt the energy coursing through my body equally and undisturbed. Thanks to much for the excellent explanation!

So the awakening for me was so simple. The awareness and focus on my thighs in poses created an increase of activity and a .... unification? of my core that has not been intentional before. I felt more in control and stable. I couldn't tell which words you said exactly when it clicked, but it did it for me! Thanks!

Tim, I think your fun hat made you goofy today, e.g., sun screen/margarin rant. Appreciated your nuance about making sure you're weight is in the backs of the heels in mountain pose. Also, jeepers, but, as a mere mortal, could not hold the chair for as long as Stacey could. As always, thank you three, Ollie too included, for another great class.

Day 18, one! This was a great flow, you had me laughing a couple of time there with the "blow" and the margarine joke at the end. The eggs too, now I'm eating em every day. That whole back foot mindfulness before going to Warrior 1, helped A LOT! balance is so much easier now. Thank you for a great and fun flow and practice. This is one of favorite classes. I really didn’t like week one because it was so slow, but this part of the challenge has been awesome. I love the structure and the focus on alignment. I also feel like the modifications are really helping me to do yoga with aggravating my long term injuries. This is frequently an issue that I find with a lot of online learning. Not everyone has the strength to do yoga everyday.

I'm still in! Feeling better and better with each day. Still not close to straight leg when sitting position grabbing the feet, but to maintain my back posture, i bed my legs. Hope this is correct. Thanks Tim!

Good one! I like it when you start with a seated few breathes or brief meditation before going into the practice. I'd be happy to spend the extra few minutes to settle in. Missed that today. Sat down and then immediately stood up.

The cue throughout to lift the top of the thigh and firm the hips down was really helpful. All of the cues you gave through the W1 to Pyramid to W3 sequence were great. Slowing that process down was challenging. There's a tendency to fly through W1 during sun salute B. You gave me a lot to focus on. I was still a little sore from activate the glutes day yesterday, so W3 was challenging today. Thanks!

I have terrible hip pain so can only do 15 mins at a time (the joys of being in my late 50's). Really enjoying this challenge, Tim. I didn't do it in 2020. Keep up the good work :)

Great session. I learned something about my left side when I work the thighbones back.. Nothing better than that. For some reason it isn´t "on" the same way as my right side. Suspecting that deeper smaller muscles doesn´t want to do the job. ( I feel it across the sitbone, sacrum and left lower back in the standing table on the left foot, and on the sideplank left side. AND when I lift the left foot up an inch in the plank) Anyways, I am enjoying this challenge. Thank you for sharing knowledge from that a farmer hat.

Being a chef and standing for 12hr+ a day, it seems you have described that I already have a naturally perfect stand posture 👍. Now if only could bend my knees.....

Yoga with a side of #Rofl Loving it! I had a tendency to sink into my joints under the mistaken impression that it would give a deeper stretch. Having worked on improving my tadasana line which you keep stressing on during the practise, I can feel a marked difference in my form and it has been great. Thanks again Tim for the Yoga, laughs and everything you do!!

Hooie! Today's workout was more intense than usual, but in an awesome way. Really focusing on the postures in this video and playing some background music really set a high stoke level for this session. Thanks Tim! The humor is like icing on the cake =D lol, I'll echo what everyone else said -> in the middle of a tough balancing pose and something like "country crock of crap" or similar commentary just makes me crack a smile or straight up laugh hope you're safe'n healthy with all the craziness going on lately. These videos help the shelter in place cabin fever
