One of my favourite side kick series. I keep coming back to it. Since I started working out with Hannah my body composition changed - fat percentage went down from 23 to 16%, weight went up due to the increased muscle mass. Thank you Hannah 🌺😍❤️

When I started doing Pilates with you lower body Pilates were my favourite cause I was able to do only Lower body Pilates easily...but now my whole body has become stronger..❤️❤️.. only thanks to you..😘 Love u so much Hannah..🥰.. you are best teacher ..🙏🏻❤️

Just completed this amazing workout and combined it with the yesterday's abs workout my dearest Hannah, those new movements really targeting the thighs, at some point my legs were shaking, amazing new movements as all the new movements that you create and present to us, you are truly the best pillates instructor my sweetheart Hannah, thank you ♥️♥️

Hi Danielle, that’s amazing you’ve been following the channel for a year !! And yes it’s hard to find a thick good mat for Pilates I agree!! I’m using Airex coronella and it’s been great for most of the time. The one cons is it will be a bit slippery if you have a wooden floor. I hope it helps 💛

Maam.. I m planning switch to pilates uou 30 day challenge from February onwards. May i know in how many months I can see the change. Since I'm 74 kh and 173 cm height. I would like to reduce weight . May I know please.

It also depends on your diet and lifestyle. And it’s different from everyone. So I can just suggest that you keep doing it with a healthy lifestyle and reduce stress. Hope it helps
