The point you were making at the start of day 17 about you being the wholesome guy in self improvement, displaying good values is actually really important imo. I read something interesting earlier today. There’s a guy on Instagram who probably has the best natty physique (I work in fitness and he is a great example of what’s possible) recently he won in the natural bodybuilding heavyweight division and I read what his girlfriend wrote in the post. She was being a great cheerleader girlfriend and that was already motivating to see but at the end she said something along the lines of “you are a great example to show that being good hearted, kind and generous can mix with ambition and that’s what makes you a great man”. I thought fuck bro that’s actually really important, more men displaying this kind of true masculinity where we aim to achieve, to dominate and to conquer while still maintaining a sort of benevolence and generosity. I believe that what you’re doing right now is an example of this and a great one to set. Showing that example will help those “small lights of adonises across the map” shine brighter. That’s great work bro honestly. I look forward to coming out to Bali after Christmas, I’m going to make sure you aren’t slacking on the weight training haha. I have some ideas to help with the flat feet too so would be good to give those a shot. Keep it up bro.

You got it brother. There's value in it all, but the true value comes from connection and devotion. The worlds most beautiful Brazilian supermodel got cheated on by her husband, and the worlds richest man went through a divorce. Evidently, these age old coveted trademarks of life are not as stable as many believe them to be.
@louisb-d298919 күн бұрын
@@therevolution500 That’s facts bro, there’s so much value in putting in that extra effort to become a rounded man, living to a high standard in all areas. It’s crazy how that separates the people who are impressive/well achieved from the individuals who are truly great. Aiming for perfection is delusional but if you’re checking the box and mastering all aspects then no one can really fault you. I know that there are some very rare individuals like this out there, it takes decades to become that man - those guys are generally in their 50’s. But there’s something so admirable about that, that’s a truly high value man, it feels so good to imagine yourself as being that guy one day. Side note: what dumb mf is cheating on any hot Brazilian girl. Next level retarded haha.

In the round around 52:00 (especially earlier on in the round) your technique looks really good, despite being tired as fuck, you’re staying much tighter for more of it than the earlier rounds, not flinching so you’re managing to stop the guy landing and return with your hits. Good work there Hamza. Watching pro’s I see how important that tight guard is when in range, they take the punches on the gloves (which is annoying as fuck) then return when they see a vulnerability. I’ve seen James doing this with you as well, it’s a key part of the technique to get good at for sure.

The message in the first part of the video was really good, I appreciate the authentic message. It’s cool to hear someone speak different about money and ,,actual success‘‘ 🙏 Only part I couldn’t agree with is seeing yourself as better than your woman, don’t need all that, you have different roles. Simply know your own worth and appreciate hers also. Be kind. ❤

Guys, when you set a goal it's NEVER about money, trust me. money alone doesn't mean anyting, for example i want XY amount of money to buy me the car i love since i always been a car lover, move to XY location to enjoy the place and train MMA. money is not the goal, but the vehicle for your life goals. find your real goal.

A lawyer on KZbin was reviewing Andrew Tate’s hustlers university (which teaches trading, drop shipping and everything you mentioned) and he said something very profound. Not only do you not make a lot of money and don’t develop skills from doing those things, but there’s also no sense of adventure. He started talking about this case where he got a guy off of a m*rder charge that his client didn’t commit, his client was looking at 25 to life and it was this big case and lots of hours, but till this day, on his clients birthday he invites the lawyer to the birthday party and tells the lawyer “it’s cause of you I can enjoy my b-day every year with my kids”…but what stories are you going to tell about drop shipping? “Hey bro I managed to scam this guy in Ohio, I bought a mask for 0.02 and he bought it for x20 haha!” Like it’s a sh!t life and no one respects people like that. Look for adventure.

way better sparring bro, first videos you weren’t throwing enough variation (body, head, leg, etc.) now you got your partners guessing a lot more allowing you to be on the front foot more, when you had your first partner hurt with that body kick he was way more hesitant and attentive to it allowing the hands to open up and land, surely you & your trainer realize this but just have to give props where it’s due 💪🏼

Give them a reason to do so. Not a sermon, not a whole "you should self improve because its good for you, yap, yap, yap" but instead a "I found the way to fix your life, to give you something you want. It's not easy but it works." Think about how and why you got onto self improvement. Chances are, you found a hamza video that showed you how to get girls, looksmax, beat procrastination, stop fapping, gain social skills. You invested into this because you had a problem and needed a solution. Therefore, offer them a solution to whatever problem they might have. Ideally, they should trust you enough to try it out.
