What exercises can i use instead of resistance bands don't own any that's why i was looking dumbell workouts like you said this routine was but anyways already part way through your routine and don't want to switch do you have dumbell exercises i can use instead either then that great routine 🙂

Thanks Joe. I cant remember exactly which one I was using in this video. Ive a load lying about the gym. It's best to have a few or a set that can be stacked as each exercise and everybody will use a different set of resistance. Ive a couple of links fired up there in the description section and pinned comment of a set worth picking up

I don't Have a replacement but my advice is no matter how hard take it slow and safe but keep going! been doing about two weeks been life changing for me following his workouts.

A Z no problem man i wanna get in general shape then i want to get strong without bulking up cause im short lol but i got tired of having sore joints knees and back and getting tired and out of breath not doing to much. Got a ways to go lol but taking it slow and steady with proper technique has been amazing i do the exercises to the extent i can often cant finish all of the reps but like i said life changing my main goal right now is just to stick with it.
