Thank you so much for your workouts. I'm a 60 yr female who has been dabbling with a gym membership for two years without any real results. I'm in a lock down in Ontario, I saw a face book message, was I going to be chunky or drunky or hunky after the lock down. So I have been doing your you tube workouts, one everyday. All I can say is you know what your doing !!!!! My body is changing shape before my own eyes. I'm wearing cloths that I couldn't even get into a month ago. Like you said " is not just a number on a scale". I've just been using 5lb dumbells. Thanks again xx

I appreciate your videos. I’m someone who has Multiple Sclerosis but never lets it define what I can or can not do. I do it and pushed myself through it with 5.5 KGs & 6.5 KGs. Love it and doesn’t take away from my days

With all the gyms currently closed your workouts are a Godsend. Luckily I have a few pairs of dumbells and a barbell with plates. I really do thank you for all the amazing videos I do them daily! Even after this is all over these are great to apply in the gym

Your workouts are great. I purchased a video from you years ago, but it didn't work in my machine or computer, but you emailed me them. Only problems was I don't have computer down my basement. Hey 66. Marine vet that has to keep in shape. Struck in house with this virus and doing light workouts upstairs and came across this dumbbell workout. Great. I do your ab workout everyday. I remember when I first did it, you said I would be sore for three days. I was and only did it twice a week. Now I wake to it. Thanks

Most these light dumbbell series workouts in just using around 8kg for the videos. You won't need crazy weight for these workouts. Start light, see how you get on and then you can always up the weight if needs be the next time you do it. That's the beauty with these, you can keep upping the weight to make it tougher 👍💪
