I've been doing home workouts for about 5 years now and your workouts are like no other! They have a sense of calm to them and really help me destress while also kicking my butt and leaving me drenched in sweat afterward! Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work.

Ill always go back to your channel because of your workout songs. Its your strength. I love this vibe. I could bear all the knee-breaking workouts as long as I listen to the same playlist over and over again. I could finish a marathon with your songs.

The amount of nostalgia I’m getting from just the music alone is incredible. I remember doing these workouts last year around this time 🥺 Unfortunately I’ve fallen out of routine and life is a bit different now but I feel like I’m ready to get back into it! Rachel’s videos have reminded me how great it felt to workout and take care of my body. I can’t wait to feel stronger and energized

I love this!!! It is is such a good idea to do the holiday workout challenge. I usally go running every second day, but it has gotten waaaay too col for that, where i live, so this has been such a nice preplacement. I also love the suspence of not knowing what will come next on Wednesday.

I don’t think I’ve ever been as sweaty as I am right now after doing this workout. I literally looked like I jumped in a pool 😂 Your channel is so amazing and I can’t wait to try out the rest of the videos you put out for this challenge! 🤗

This was BRUTAL! I thought I knew what HIIT was from other youtubers but it seems like i don't, yours is the most intense! I did only 12 min of this and I burned 118 cals, obviously I burned even more after the workout which is amazing. I hope tomorrow I'll be able to complete it!

Forgot to do a warmup and dug right into this workout. But did remember to do a cooldown and still burned 145 calories in this short time. Love the workouts. ❤

Omg just did that work out after not exercising for nearly 3 weeks and boi I'm so out of breath. I really feel liked I've workout. Lovely Gona keep up with it. Perfect for busy mums like me lol.

As someone who really loves HIIT’s, this was awesome but when you put the stretch break i don’t know how to do it:( except for some stretch on my arms and legs, child pose, the supeeer basic ones, so it will be great if u add some ideas for stretch your whole body in the break’s or maybe the 24th make an stretch full body workout! 🤭 i mean, kinda like a reward for all the effort in the challenge

I’ll tell you honestly. I hate you in all squats. Amazing workout. Really comfortable for me. You’re doing 4-5 exercises and then you can rest for 30-40 sec. it’s really noice. You can have water and breath. I didn’t think like “when will it end”. I was like “do it girl, you can do it!” Sweaty af🥲🥲🥲 In the end of this workout I was like nooooo one more one more I don’t wanna finish!!! But I still hate you for squats 😂
