The amount of nostalgia I’m getting from just the music alone is incredible. I remember doing these workouts last year around this time 🥺 Unfortunately I’ve fallen out of routine and life is a bit different now but I feel like I’m ready to get back into it! Rachel’s videos have reminded me how great it felt to workout and take care of my body. I can’t wait to feel stronger and energized

I love this!!! It is is such a good idea to do the holiday workout challenge. I usally go running every second day, but it has gotten waaaay too col for that, where i live, so this has been such a nice preplacement. I also love the suspence of not knowing what will come next on Wednesday.

This was BRUTAL! I thought I knew what HIIT was from other youtubers but it seems like i don't, yours is the most intense! I did only 12 min of this and I burned 118 cals, obviously I burned even more after the workout which is amazing. I hope tomorrow I'll be able to complete it!

Forgot to do a warmup and dug right into this workout. But did remember to do a cooldown and still burned 145 calories in this short time. Love the workouts. ❤

As someone who really loves HIIT’s, this was awesome but when you put the stretch break i don’t know how to do it:( except for some stretch on my arms and legs, child pose, the supeeer basic ones, so it will be great if u add some ideas for stretch your whole body in the break’s or maybe the 24th make an stretch full body workout! 🤭 i mean, kinda like a reward for all the effort in the challenge

I’ll tell you honestly. I hate you in all squats. Amazing workout. Really comfortable for me. You’re doing 4-5 exercises and then you can rest for 30-40 sec. it’s really noice. You can have water and breath. I didn’t think like “when will it end”. I was like “do it girl, you can do it!” Sweaty af🥲🥲🥲 In the end of this workout I was like nooooo one more one more I don’t wanna finish!!! But I still hate you for squats 😂
