There is no way this workout can burn 200.I think even if tou do it faster you can only burn 100 to 130 calories

i think burning calories depends on many other factors, and those who have bigger muscle mass and faster metabolism might burn 200

I need 40 minutes to burn 200 Kc ... I have been using a heart rate monitor for 15 years, I have had several models. It is not so fast to burn calories, if it were there would be no obese in the world. Maybe a tall young man with a lot of weight could burn so many calories in such a short time.
