Day 2 Keynote (Chrome Dev Summit 2018)

There are two great proposals inspired (I think) by web frameworks: ECMAScript Observable github.com/tc39/proposal-observable and HTML Template Instantiation github.com/w3c/webcomponents/blob/gh-pages/proposals/Template-Instantiation.md. Are there any news about some intent to implement it and make it part of the web platform? Is there any collaboration between Chrome team and framework authors in this area?
