I'm from Texas in the USA. I've had osteoporosis since 2016. I've broken my left knee twice and my scores for osteoporosis are in the severe range. I'm doing your exercise 4-6 times a week and that's a lot more than I used to exercise. I love your videos. I pray that my bones are getting stronger. Thank you Meg, for providing videos I can actually do. This one is really great!

I’m from Cumberland, WI. 1. I’ve had osteoporosis for 2 years. Thanks for the motivation. I had Lyme Disease in early September and was down for 3 weeks. It’s been hard getting back on a regular exercise routine. This is so helpful.

Hi Meg! I wasn't feeling good all day today due to some tummy issues but I made up my mind that I was not going to skip the challenge tonight. My tummy still isn't right but overall I feel a lot better. Thanks so much!

Could do without the background music. Some of us "seniors" have hearing issues. Thank you.
