Today's workout was a bit of a nice break from the first two. I still feel really good and loved all the stretching but the first two challenges were tough and I appreciated a less intense one today. (Does this mean I'm getting old? LOL!) Thank you for another one of your awesome challenges! One of these days I'll win the lottery and will be able to purchase your program but in the meantime I am so grateful that you make these videos available to those of us who don't have a lot of disposable income. Thank you again and have a fantastic weekend!
