I’ve been saving all your videos to a playlist to do in a very drawn out version of your challenge, and I asked my partner to come pick one for me. Today I’ve been telling people that I’m in the process of learning the lesson that sometimes you need to speak up when someone wrongs you, even if you don’t think anything will change, because if you don’t, they will change you. Without looking at the videos, my partner leaned over and tapped one, telling me they were picking the one that just felt right. They were being silly, but this was the video, so it seems something was going on here after all. Thank you!

I think whole practice is awesome....this is my 1st time doing yoga and while I can't do all the pose YET, I don't feel discouraged and I do what I can, but the biggest part for me is you, your energy and my consistency to keep trying and keep coming back

Hey Nico and anyone reading this, just finished this throat chakra yoga practice I'm absolutely sweating as it's like 30 degrees here in Dublin (Ireland) I'm out my back garden on my mat and I feel great, I've fallen way behind on this challenge I haven't been able to do it everyday as I'm a single Mam of two young girls but I haven't given up I'm gonna keep going until I finish it. I took my 3 mile powerwalk and then did this sesh on my return home. My muscles were well warmed up and the downward dog to cobra was last tight. I've started using the yoga challenges to end my workouts and it's such a nice cool down because they both are challenging and relaxing. You are my favorite yogi on this app I think your videos and flows are absolutely incredible and I am so happy that I found you and that you are getting some well deserved attention with new subscribers! I've only missed 3-4 days in this challenge and I plan on still doing those after June is over because they're so well constructed. Thank you again for all that you do

I loved this one. And I think day 16 where we lay for a while and breathe it’s basically meditation for me and I feel uplifted after every video. I love taking the time to say thanks too.. just small things like that makes a big difference.
