Thank you for the modifications. They made it doable. It was a great challenge that I’ll keep coming back to and maybe someday, I’ll be able to do it without the modifications. I especially like the twisting pose at the end. Thank you for doing these amazing videos!

This was a nice challenge and some heat build up. I appreciated the 1 extended leg bridge xx. Special shout out today to those who find themselves to their mat for this challenge despite what other ongoing things are happening and are fully present xx

Peace. Whew today I broke out in a little sweat lol. Your laughing helped make this a little less challenging for me. I also noticed that practicing proper breathing really helps me tune in and make it through each pose.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Nico!! This one was the most intense for me. I figured it may be easy since it said lower body and that’s where most of my body strength is… nah! I was like wait! Gimme a sec! Pause! I even feel it in my triceps!😩 Spirit help me get out of bed in the morning! Thank you though, my body needed this! Namaste 🙏🏾 💛✨

This the first time bridge pose felt like a cool down 🤣 whew Loved this! The slow lift of the legs during downward dog alllwed me to fully align and take in my stance. Appreciate you 💗

That’s exactly what I get for taking a few days off however it was right on time. Def intense but a good quick intense that’s needed. I feel really good. Def dripping sweat lol. Gratitude

This was just challenging enough thanks to the variations. I cant wait to finish the challenge especially because I delayed it and definitly am no doing it daily but also it's gonna be sad when I get to the end. Maybe I'll just start it over again haha.
