Thank you for the modifications. They made it doable. It was a great challenge that I’ll keep coming back to and maybe someday, I’ll be able to do it without the modifications. I especially like the twisting pose at the end. Thank you for doing these amazing videos!

🧘🏾♀️ Nico!! This one was the most intense for me. I figured it may be easy since it said lower body and that’s where most of my body strength is… nah! I was like wait! Gimme a sec! Pause! This the first time bridge pose felt like a cool down 🤣 whew Loved this! The slow lift of the legs during downward dog alllwed me to fully align and take in my stance. Appreciate you 💗

That’s exactly what I get for taking a few days off however it was right on time. Def intense but a good quick intense that’s needed. I feel really good. Def dripping sweat lol. Gratitude
