I don't know how it's possible but your videos go past so quickly. Normally, for a 20 min video, at some point I would get a little thought, "I wonder how many minutes I'm in". But I never think that with your videos. They're over before I would start thinking about how much longer. I love it! ❤

That was so nice and relaxing! I got my husband to do it with me so at one point I was laughing uncontrollably, so that made it fun😂 He said that he wants to continue and realizes that he has a lot of work to do. Thanks for all you do, Nico 🧘🏽‍♀️🫶🏽🙏🏽

So good! I ride with my bike through hills, forest and a lake, in an intense heat. Nothing feels better after such an exciting day to come home to a relaxing routine

Thankh you Nico Marie! These stretches showed me how much my flexinility has increased overall in just 25 days. It also reveals where I am MOSTLY challenged, which is my right calf/hamstring, which makes sense due to old injury and sitting too long studying Forex charts online. Already my body is looking more shapely and my tummy has tightened way more than I expected to see. Day #25 stretched and secured!! See you tomoroooowwww!!! Much gratitude from Bermuda and Wales!

I have been struggling to balance self-care with my routine of waking up and go. Today a friend encouraged me to participate in stretching with her and it feels amazing to let go and release. I'm hoping that as we move forward, I can dedicate more time to my body. I am a braider and would love to see yoga stretches for hands/fingers. Again, thank you for creating this safe space to practice yoga.

The tickling of the ivories as the background music was rich! Cried the whole way through as I woke up to t.o.m. Good cries! Gratitude tears. Usually around this time my legs go very numb. This empowered them! Felt so good after yesterdays leg strengthing. Thank you for your choices in music; choices on when to give space during corpse pose or guide us through. Your motivational words and realness has allowed me to make it this far through 💓 all the feels and all blessings

As i am dealing with disappointment and resentment at the moment of coming to my mat for this practice I am also shifting to gratitude and acceptance because my body is now lighter and I am able to articulate in my mind what exactly is what and to release with tears the lower emotions i felt..., always with thanks and love Nico xx

I needed this! And my 10 year old wanted to be in the room with me while he played on his game thing and I loved that he liked the atmosphere this practice creates, but asked him to not yell at the game so I could keep my peace too :). We both got what we needed. Calm.

I have absolutely loved this challenge. I’m so proud of myself for following that first video and setting the intention to be consistent. Your videos also encouraged to keep watching. They’re a great combination of calming and informational. I can’t wait to get on my mat every morning

Day 25! I feel so good after this video, i was clenching muscles I didn’t even know I was clenching until I did this. I feel so loose and relaxed now. Just 5 more days to go!

Today was just what I needed, you are very good at knowing what is needed and when. I will be staring over when it ends and trying to do the 30 days consecutively because I have enjoyed it so much and was sad to have missed days also. 💜♾

I had a tough day and wasn't going to do today's session but I am so glad I did! 1. I almost fell asleep in my savasana. All of the tension in my body from the day was melted away which was so needed 2. My feet are almost flat on the floor in my down dog 3. For the first time ever I can grab the back of my feet on the side stretch and grab my toes in the seated bend!

Yesterday I signed the papers and will be starting a yoga instructor course. You among other teachers inspired me to try and learn how to teach yoga so I can help others take care of themselves like you have taught me howI cannot wait to start. Thanks for todays session and thanks for inspiring me.

I think I messed up my right arm at the joint so I can’t put pressure on it at most angles to support my weight. I probably slept on it unknowingly. I’m actually sad because this practice looks really nice. I hope I’ll feel more functional tomorrow to commit fully. I have to remember not to overexert my body and find alternatives for the time being 🌼 I’m back and this went by really fast 🥲
