Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.

Thank you for another wonderful workout. I woke up very sore today and didn’t want anything that added to my bodies stiff and stressed feeling. This was perfect, got a good workout, a little sweat going but feel looser and ready for the day. ❤
